Love the size of the big room

I booked several deluxe twin rooms and one suite rooms for our family vacation. The deluxe room is quite spacious, good enough for 3 pax. The suite room, a bit smaller though. The hotel need to put extra attention on their electricity. One of our room was experiencing several blackouts, and the hotel replace the room with other one. The electricity outlet for coffee makers in our suite room were not functions, as well as the hair dryer not functioning, totally broken.The sliding door in the suite room was hard to open and closed as its not have a door handles. The water faucet at the bathtub seems need to be fixed as it was not closed properly.The gym quite modest, need clean-up. Karaoke rooms need to be upgraded, as only one works and still using manual setting using youtube.The hotel is needed an upgrade.

The rooms electricity functions need to be regularly checked by the staff, so it want have a problems when guests is using it.

Nice clean hotel, great morning breakfast with a lot of options, helpful staff, free onsite self laundry. Good Mexican restaurant on the property. Located 10 minutes from the main area.

The staff were amazing! All smiles, very polite and accomodating. Special shoutout to Miss Dita, the front office staff who was very helpful from the time we checked in until we checked out. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slipped in that we were there on our anniversary and they prepared a sweet surprise in the room :)

The room were not soundproof and we could hear every time other guests went in and out of their rooms, plus the noises they made. The breakfast variety was good, but the taste weren't exactly to my liking. Staff were still amazing, though.

Location near to tourist attraction ( Malioboro ) and train station, breakfast is nice with many options

Location quite close to Malioboro, within walking distance. Room large enough to accomodate 2 adults & 2 kids. Smart TV in the room. Staff were very polite. Overall recommended hotel.

There is only 2 lifts available, with only 1 lift to access the basement.

I liked the value for the property. The staff were very courteous and the location was great.

Water pooled up in the shower and there were always messy dishes left outside the room next to me.

Breakfast was splendid, the pool looked nice, although we ended up not using it. The Mexican-style restaurant upstairs served lovely tacos and mocktails. Good location to city center and Malioboro.

Upon arrival one of the bed sheets was dirty, this was replaced without much fuss.

Ac not working properly, bath won’t drain, old room need refresher

Nice clean room. Bed was comfortable and very wide. Breakfast was varied and the food was tasty. Personnel was nice and hotel service was quick and cheap. The value for money was great (in my case).

The receptionist said that tap water is drinkable but at the sink there was a sign, where was written that it wasn't. When I booked the hotel I requested also transportation from airport to hotel, but never received answer.

Comfortable rooms, friendly and cordial service personnel

Rooms do not have windows that decrease the outer sound, so, every morning the songs of nearby temples/churches are heard and do not allow to reconcile the sleep

The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English, which we were very grateful for. The room with nice and big. The breakfast selection was really good too.

I have two considerations; firstly, when we checked in we were told we needed to pay IDR 200K in cash up front for any laundry/room service cost. We couldn’t pay it as we didn’t have cash on us at the time and we were still able to check in without paying it but it seemed strange to request this whilst checking in. Also, we had no plans to use any extra services of this kind during our stay. Secondly, upon checking out we were told to wait in the lobby for 5 minutes whilst a staff members checks our room. I’m not sure what they needed to check but this made us feel as if there maybe some trust issues, either that or that we were incapable of removing our belongings for our onward journey. Either way, it seemed again, really strange and unnecessary. There was no mini bar or items which were in the room which may incur changes, so again this seemed very odd.

After an initial issue with our room the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were taken care of. The level of attention paid to us was simply unbelievable. One could only dream of customer service like that anywhere else. We want to especially mention Detra and Denny Ken who couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Breakfast choices and quality was as good or better than any of the 4 and 5 stars hotels we stayed at. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Bathrooms are a bit tired but everything was clean and in working order.

The location was great. Easy access and very close to Malioboro, either walking, Grab, or traditional becak. The ambience was very nice with local traditional interior design.

The hotel needs further improvement of their facilities.The water pressure in their shower was poor. We called the service but they couldn't fix it, so we ended up having low pressure water during our stay.The aircon was also acting up. It automatically turned up the temperature in the middle of the night, which became hot even though we set the temperature to 10'C. Breakfast was decent but not a lot of varieties of choices.

Unacceptably loud for this price level due to poor insulation on the windows, couldn't sleep! Breakfast has many options but none are tasty. Early check-in not possible even just 2h before
