Hotel Poncowinatan - Tugu Yogyakarta

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location, not too far from Tugu train station and Malioboro. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was a little dirty and had a bad smell.

The location is perfect Please keep in mind this is in a busy traditional market area especially in the morning but it’s quite in the evening. The water was clean and odorless, it can be hot & cold in a few time. The AC was nice and cold. The TV was in a decent size but it just available for 1 channel. The staff was professional & friendly. They provide 2 towels, tissue, mineral water, public kitchen, bottle refilling station, tooth brush & paste, hand soap, 2 trash basket in the room, and 2 hangers too

The toilet in 108 room was sucks!!! It must be repaired. I stayed for 2 nights and got to experience the electricity off twice

The hotel near the station

It's a little bit smell because it located in the middle of traditional market

Location near to tugu and attractive place

The facilities not properly maintained. TV not functioning. Bed sheet yellowish and look dirty. Air conditioner's tempreature cannot be adjustable..

the location near to train station, and centre of jogja

the wifi connection from inside the room is poor. but the connection of wifi from the corridors and lobby is good.

bed was okay, cleanness was average

bathroom very small and not so clean, toilet not ergonomic

I won’t come back to this hotel

very low water pressure… air conditioning not working…dirty bedsheet

Near to sightseeing and walking distance to Tugu Jogjakarta.. a lot of ship near hotel.

This is my 2nd time stay at this hotel..1st time on 2014 and this is one of my favorites hotel to stay. But i got a really bad experience in 2022. Im check in on 11/12 until 13/12/2022 and got room number 209 which is 3 person room as per request. Im paying for 1,305 000idr for 2 nights stay. The worst thing is no signal for TV. Im still ok with the cleanliness of the room and the toilet likes no one clean it before but what do you feel, lives in the room with no window without tv and slowest wifi signal. When im going ro ask the staff, they just say im sorry sir,our tv got problem with the signal. Thats all. Sorry no photo. Dont have a mood to take a picture. The worst hotel ever.

it has super great location, the the staff are kind, polite, nice. i know they're trying so hard to make the room clean else and i appreciate that, but still it's not like what i expect as i see in the picture.

look too old and and a bit dirty especially for the bathroom, linen and towel smell good but look a bit yellowish. no offense but it's not like what i expect as i see in the picture

it's clean, the best part is the staff. they service beyond my expectations. they even lend me a motorcycle to ex[lore Yogyakarta.

the wall in the room need some extra attention
