The room was a bit dirty Furnitures are "vintage" and partially brokenWalls are so tiny that you can hear any noise from the outsideRooms are super small for 2 people

The receptionists are very welcoming, they clean the room upon request. Location wise is really good and near the malioboro area.

The air conditioning could be better with regular maintenance as i find it was not cool enough and the shower head could be changed as the water pouring out uncontrollable and difficult for taking shower.

Rooms are small but clean. Staff are very helpful. Good value for money

I like the traditional lobby. It feels very welcoming. And there's a sweet aroma of lemongrass in the air. The staff were great. They were very friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is near Kraton Palace and Taman Sari Water Garden. I even walked to Sonobudoyo Museum to watch the Wayang Orang on Wednesday. It was a great stay because the staff of the hotel were great. ????

The bathroom and its facilities need some polish. 205 was great. 209 mattress is old, ventilator not working and AC not cold. Toilet bowl too near to the glass partition.

Location. Bed. Fridge. AC was good

Laundry service was way too expensive. They charge by the piece not kilo.

Some moldy smell,its quite old hotel,maybe need some renovation for it to be better,but overall great stay here

Location, accessible, staff, environment i stay 5 night with my family. My wife and kids are at age 16,11and 7. We took 2 rooms. This hotel is just nice for me as we are out during the day and only back in the evening time. We have a very good rest. The hotel location is very good.

Not all staff members speak English. But a few do,.and they are very helpful and friendly.

It was clean and spacious, definitely better than staying at RedDoorz. The staff were helpful and even stored my luggage after checkout.

The drain for the shower and sink need to be unclogged.
