Some noise from the roadside.The front desk didn’t take a requested although they already confirmed such as single bed, quite area.

I stayed here in September, and honestly, it was one of those trips where everything just felt right from the moment I walked through the door. The staff were incredibly kind, fast, helpful, the kind of hospitality that feels very Indonesian in the best way. And Fauzan (bellhop) assisted me with my heavy luggage during check-out, and I really appreciated his help.

The pool area was nice. Breakfast was great.

Smelled like mothballs and the poole area is loud with live music on Saturday until at least 9pm.

I booked the property for celebration of my mom’s birthday, and they helped make it happen, some staff singing for my mom in breakfast time. Super sweet :) Thank you team!

Nice location, friendly staff who speak English well, good pool, and an absolutely stunning fitness center. The food is also very good. The room is big and quiet.

The staff was friendly but not always helpful. I rented a motorbike through the front desk, but it arrived with no fuel and broken brakes, causing me to miss my Borobudur appointment. The manager refused to take responsibility. My 6am checkout was arranged with a 5:30 breakfast, but it wasn’t ready until 5:50, and I had no time to eat it. In the restaurant or bar, the waiter never comes to you to take order or to clean dirty dishes. Small but annoying missteps like these happened often. The facilities are also quite old and worn, with visible dirt and stains – not as luxurious as the photos suggest, though I didn’t mind.

The room is extremely dark. The water from the tap for the wash basin is too hot. It was not possible to use only cold water.

nice big hotel with all you need. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool clean and refreshing.

It was good value for money and a very good breakfast.

It felt like staying in a kindergarten. Many children playing in the hallway early morning.

Very large bed which was really comfortable. Bedrooms cleaned every day which was lovely. Staff could not be friendlier and helped carry my luggage in to the room. Water, coffee, tea and kettle provided, as well as shampoo and soap. Shower very spacious with two heads, towels changed every day too. The highlight was the breakfast, which had everything you could think of on offer!! Really cool rooms as well (temperature)

The room smelt of smoke very strongly when I first arrived, which was odd as it was a non smoking room.

No body help in front of the door.

I came here by car with my family and we had one toddler. The location was strategic, easy to reach various main landmarks of the city. The property was very clean and the architecture of the property was pretty. the staff was kind and helpful. When we reported the problem with air conditioning, they sent immediately a specialized staff to solve the problem. We liked very much the facilities such as the gym, the swimming pool and the kids room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of options from sweet to savory, from western to traditional Javanese cuisine. Moreover, since we came during the holiday time, they had some entertainment for children, such as clowns and games and some animals on display.

The property has a kind of mini park that is regularly for rent for events such as wedding. I found this park however a little bit abandoned and not well maintained with a pile of woods in some corners, reducing the tidiness of the place. Some of the gym equipment were not functioning.

Location is strategic. Close to candi prambanan and two stations. The staff were very kind. Room size is big.

Booked 2 connected rooms. One room 125, it seems like the floor is broken but covered with the carpet. I could feel the floor is not flat. Double bed but it was single bed combined, so its not comfortable in the middle. I opened the curtain and it smells dust. Other room 127, the toilet flush is broken and flushing automatically every some minutes. And it took long time until the water in the sink drained. No hair dryer. Lack variety of foods for breakfast. They clean the room after 2pm, when we're back its not finished yet so we had to wait outside.

I like the staff. They were very kind people and really helpful specially Aola. They took care of my special occasion and decorated my room very well abd send me special cake ?

They use tricks on their photos, not as grand as it is in reality. The food/breakfast is horrible, old & dry, uneatable for some menu (not all, because I don't try everything)

Dirty, noisy hotel

The mattress smelt like piss, even after changing the sheets, so we moved to another room. The new room had swimming pool view, and every morning they put loud speaker on to entertain kids. Mirrors and walls were dirty, no way this is a 4-star hotel as advertised.
