Just the location and breakfast was decent

Everything about the room. They deceive photos. In reality bad condition as oppose to the pictures.Please be honest

The location is the only reason I like about the hotel.

1. The hotel was not as it looked in the pictures2. Light in the whole room with only 1 switch3. Noisy in the hallway as staff going to thd resto passes by with their trolley

The proximity to train station is very handy if like me you had an early flight and need to get the early train to the airport. Apart from that it was a place to stay for a night , that's about it.

Check in took longer than I'd hoped and had me waiting in the foyer for quite a while. The rooms are dated and it's just a hotel which is cheap and close to maliboro street.

Service is good,the places clean,location is strategic!

Staff were great, especially a young man called Yusoff. His English was good and helped me so much with a tour I did at the Borobudur temple. A great, courteous, well mannered, knowledgeable, genuine and caring person. The Buffett over Ramadan was good.

There were some cracks in a particular section that I feel could have had a light paint over.

Great location right next to Malioboro and near train station, a lot of local food and shops around. The rooms and amenities were clean and we had a very good breakfast included

Rooms are a bit old bit decent

Location was okey.

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed. Disgusting room, it smelled terrible, the bed was insanely hard and the shower was yellow from the dirt. The breakfast was sooo dirty. We even made videos of larvaes in the food.

Toilets pretty old. Staff calling the room in the morning to remind me the time of checkout. I was sleeping, they could have sent an email or message instead

The cleanliness of the hotel makes me comfortable.The staff also friendly

The room is not soundproof. I could here the sound of motorcycle during night. I noticed that there is a gap at the window. And there was a mosquito!!

Incredible staff We arrange a private taxi to see the temples with the hotel and it was really great.Great location walkable from de train station and the Malioboro street

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise, very good. Near to the famous Jalan Malioboro, it's within walking distance. The hotel even has angkringan style food stalls in the afternoon. Very convenient.

The location is strategic, walking distance to the shops, resto & mall.

About the breakfast, please provide the knife also, so we dont have to asked.

Rooftop: Good ambient, calm & nice for chit chatting with friends. Facilities: Superb. Staff: Very helpful.Location: walking distance to train station (5-7minutes), walking distance to Malioboro Street (5-7 minutes)

Breakfast: Same menu for 5d4n stay. Suggestion: Do alternate menu for breakfast at least every 1-2 days.

Facilities: Fantastic. Rooftop: We like it! You need to highlight the uniqueness of your hotel! Angkringan: Ok for those who are too tired to spend night walking along Maliobro Street or, just comeback from other tourist attaraction (Timang Beach, Obelix Heha, Gunung Kidul, Pinus Pengger, etc)

Breakfast: Excited for the first day only (for me, as I only stay for a night). But my friend stayed for 4 nights and they get bored with the breakfast menu (Same menu for breakfast during 5d4n stay). Having an alternate breakfast menu might help to boost the interest for breakfast :)

It’s completely disgusting.Not clean at all. Blood stains in towels and sheets. The bathroom doesn’t work properly. They changed the room with the same problem. Bad smell

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is amazing; so many options ( you may possibly have the entire Indonesia food culture tour). The staff were very nice and polite. Room service and laundry available. Great place for shopping as it's in Malioboro. The street is a 5 minute walk for shopping. Lots of great food joints as well, nearby. And all major operators like booking.com or Cloock/ get your Guide gives easy pickup from the property if you book any tours. Also you'll find a lot of local tour agencies on this road, they offer cheap and best ways to travel across the land and cover all major attractions.: Borobudur is an hour drive and you can reach Prambanan is 45 minutes from here by car.

My room window was facing the street and the parking, partially. A full view of the street would have been nice.

Great location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and reasonable cost

More plug sockets would have been good. The aircon remote was faulty but the staff quickly resolved this
