Staff and room were good. Food was impressive too and is worth the price.

The room is clean and the breakfast is a great value! There are various food to choose from and it's tasty! It's an ideal place to stay near the airport!The best thing is that there is a free shuttle bus to the airport?

Actually the room very small and there is no water in the room and it was many things are broken in the room also there is a strange noise coming from the bathroom all the night

The food from the A La Carte menu at the restaurant was the worse we’ve had in Indonesia in over a year. The presentation and taste was that of microwave food. Totally unacceptable for a 3-star international hotel chain. The “Margarita” pizza - in the photo, looked like it was prepared by a 5 year old & nothing close to a Margarita pizza. This was just one of 5 disappointing dishes. One of which was sent back because it was basically a chunk of stewed beef in a bun, no salad or sauce and called a “Giant Beef Burger”. In hopes of better food we went to the sister hotel next door - Novotel, and had the same experience. A “Chicken baguette Sandwich” which was two small slices of a loaf with about a tablespoon of chicken mixed with mayonnaise. The “bread” served with the pasta was a mix of broken pieces which most likely was left from the breakfast.

The bfast were good. Lots of variety n taste nice. The staff are very helpful n friendly. Free airport transfer was great.

The rooms are very small. Realy hard to pack n unpack n arrange our luggage. The floor was not clean properly. I can fell it when I'm not using the sandal given. Too basic for the price.

Perfect location for being on time for your flight from Jogja Airport, however, it was quite a long drive to the city center (about 30 or 40 minutes),

Hotel does not check messages via booking.com, had to call them by landline to arrange airport pickup. Rooms are small.-

Location is close to the airport, there is mini supermarket next to the hotel, so very convenient. I forgot to bring my face mask and quite surprised that the mini market has it . So happy. The staff were friendly too .

We went to the restaurant for dinner, and only have fried rice and soups. So I decided to order what they have . Fried rice and soups. I was so excited that willHave hot steaming soup in a bowl and fried rice . But when the food comes out, like ???? What the heck, the soup was in a plate and cold. And was so disappointing. The taste was good just not steamy hot .

I asked the onlineservice for pickup service at the airport and told them several times (also the day before) that I won't have internet/whatsapp later. I sent them a picture of my backpack that they can recognize me at the meeting point and I got the okay from them. - At the meeting point it was annoying that noone made a step into my direction and I had to ask a pedestrian if he could give me internet after 15 minutes. And what did I see,the driver contacted me via internet/whatsapp that he arrived. The hotel car was near but parked sideways so I couldn't see the name of the hotel. If someone doesn't undertand what the guest asks for please double-check instead of saying yes all the time.The driver seemed he had no idea about this although he saw me walking up and down. But the service to the airport in the early morning was great.

About transportation going to city

5 mins drive to airport. Decent breakfast for only IDR 110k.

Rooms and beds are tiny, maximum could only do one night here with minimal time in room.

We stayed here for transit & are happy that they offer free shuttle to & from the airport. We had dinner & breakfast, both were delicious!! Area is very quiet, definitely perfect for a getaway/staycation as well of you live nearby.

For airport pick up, might be helpful if you guys have a specific pick up point for tourist who arrives with no indonesian phone number. For some reason YIA does not offer free wifi around the area & none of the food stalls also offer wifi. So we had to wait not knowing whether we’re waiting at the right spot or not until someone was kind enough to lend us his wifi (and turns out we did wait at the wrong arrival area)

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and new. Very near to the airport and hotel shuttle bus to airport. Nice view. Will recommended to friends

Very good choice for those who need to go to the airport early in the morning .Really worth the money,and the room are very clean too.for sure will be my choice from now on as i am travelling bery often to jogja.

new facility, new building, kind staff and strategic location

blackout at midnight and genset didnt kicked in properly to support the load. Many factor could contribute, but customer load shouldnt be off for too long.bathroom drainage also not able to contain for showering more than 10 mins.
