The staff very kind and respectful, fast responding if we need help with anything, good locations in the centre of malioboro.

•Very close to the train station.•Convenient walking distance to Malioboro.•Many restaurants nearby.•Good variety of breakfast options.•Staff were friendly and helpful.•Free parking was available.

Electricity in the room only works when the electronic key card is inserted.•When the power is off, the room quickly becomes hot and extremely humid, creating conditions that promote mold and mildew growth.•The high humidity caused the linens and bed sheets to feel damp and uncomfortable, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay.•The bathroom was poorly maintained, with visible mold in the shower area.•Overall cleanliness was lacking; the floor did not appear to be regularly or properly mopped.

Excellent location, great staff, breakfast buffet was amazing, rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Location is just in the heart of Malioboro , with good breakfasts, many choices. Loved the jamu and jajan pasar !

- No wardrobe in the executive and suite room we rent. Only corner with open hanger and shoe rack?- Balcony facing to city electricity installation in executive room- Shuttle to Airport need to book 3 days in advance- Normal hotel Check in time is 2 pm, however this hotel have their own rule which is 3 pm, furthermore still have to wait when we arrived almost 1 hr till room ready. - Extra bed cost almost half of room day rate seems unreasonable; the cost was informed when check in (there are no information regarding the cost when booking through booking.com)

The room is quite big. And there is a desk to study or work.

The bathroom is very small and not comfortable. Complimentary towels are not enough to stay relaxed.If you want to enjoy Malioboro Street only, it's good, but it's hard to go somewhere else because the street is always heavy jam.

This hotel was in the heart of Jogja in Malioboro Street. The room was very comfortable. Thank you Aveta.

Breakfast was OK but could be better with greater variety of food . Hotel location is good , near major attractions (sultan's palace, museum, local markets )

Earlier check in time should be allowed especially when guest's flight arrives early or early morning in Jogja. Should have complimentary bottled mineral water in guestroom .

The room was big and spacious and a big comfortable bed. Complementary snacks and drinks were an added bonus and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s also in a great location which gets busy at night with a great atmosphere. Breakfast was very varied and good quality as well as the restaurant below was nice also.

Some noise from adjoining room but not a big deal still got good night sleep.

Staff happily moved us, as there was a connecting door to the next room and they were noisy. Large bedrooms with comfy bed.very clean. Liked the water dispenser on all floors. Saved buying bottled, and cut down on plastic bottles. Pool was nice on top floor. Food in restaurant was really good, and nice to have a beer with it. Situated in a busy location, plenty of shops, and taxis

Nothing. It's a good hotel and value for money.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location is great, room was clean and comfort. The entrance of the hotel is not in Main Street but easy to access.

Breakfast options could be more, basically it has all categories like western, hot meal, eggs, but for each category the choice was not that much

The hotel is strategically located at Jalan Malioboro, a happening street in Yogyakarta. Along this road, there are many outlets specialising in snacks, batik, souvenirs, some restaurants and also pharmacies. The breakfast at the hotel is good too, I always look forward to it. The spread is not a lot but I got what I wanted to eat especially Gudeg Yogyakarta that I tried for the first time.

The location

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The room was filthy, with mould on the bathroom ceiling, dusty surfaces, and an overpowering artificial fragrance clearly masking the lack of proper cleaning. When I complained, the front desk manager was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive, even mocking my concerns.They showed us an alternative room with yellow, dirty walls and promised to repaint it. The result? A room reeking of fresh paint fumes, which they expected us to accept. The conditions were not just unpleasant but outright unhealthy, and the front desk manager’s attitude made everything worse.As my complaints were ignored, I contacted Booking.com for help, and while they managed to settle a compensation, the hotel management retaliated by demanding we check out at 11 PM - something I’ve never experienced before! Ultimately, we stayed until the early morning, just to escape this dreadful place.

The only hotel that provide 3 single bed in 1 room ? so its perfect for our family.Location is perfect right in the middle of the busy street so you can park the car and take a walk. Many becak tooBreakfast is ok, not the best.

NO WINDOWS in the room!! There is a door thru the balcony but the reception person said if i booked 2 rooms it will be connected to the room next door then they will be able to open the balcony door. Didnt make sense since i know they renovating the room next door so its empty. The door has frosted glass so we had 0 view and no sunshine.Parking is a bit tricky, you have no choice other than vallet. The hotel is located in the middle of the malioboro st, and they closed the street from 6pm to 9pm for pedestrians. Not very convinient. Bathroom could be cleaner.

The location is great however you should think twice if you stay on weekend, the access to hotel is closed and you have to reroute to the other way full of traffic. Malioboro on weekend is chaos.I book a room with king bed, turned out they use 2 single beds together to made a king bed. Also, this is my first time staying in a hotel and gets charged for request extra towell. It cost 50K/day.
