PULANG ke UTTARA

All the staff are friendly, the location is strategic, the rooms are non-smoking, fragrant, and clean. The breakfast is also delicious.

The rooftop breakfast area is not disability friendly

Very nice hotel close to UGM. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and adjustable AC. Great roof-top restaurant (incl breakfast) and pool. Great view of Mt Merapi. Nice breakfast.

Nothing. Great place

Spacious room, friendly staffs

No drinking water at gym, parking lots too small..

Nice ambience, clean , spacious and good value

The breakfast is not good in term of variety and taste

Its in a good location. Accessible to all.

The toilet is not properly clean and its moldy. The breakfast is done on higher floors and only accessible by stairs and if i would were to bring my mother who is on a wheel chair then this hotel is not a good option.

Location of the hotel and spaciousness of the room

Hot water for showers is available in limited quantity.

Excellent location, friendly staff and clean room.

We need to pay deposit for the key card. But the deposit had to be paid in cash. Who bring cash nowadays?

Really lovely stylish hotel - so comfortable. Rooftop pool lovely. Bar so nice!! Bedrooms more like suites - absolutely wonderful.

It was all great. Small criticism - more bread options would be nice. Also some yogurt.

Nice and spacy room.Parking area is quite crowded but they have valet, super helpful.

The location is very near to campus. You can find good food around the hotel so you do not need to spend all your money only in the hotel. I spend the night several times here so there is no bad issue staying here.

I don’t have anything that I don’t like.

Taste is goodStaff professionalEgg station very niceThe view is nice

Lift going to breakfast area must have , especially for the elder and disability people

Thank you for very much for having me , I will be back on December or February, perhaps I will more happy if got room facing the mountain.

The waiting zone in the lobby

The room is spacious equipped with a sofa. The breakfast is good and varies every day. The location is excellent as many restaurants are available along the street. The receptionists are welcoming and ready to help. The swimming pool is pleasant and refreshing after excursion. Some items are however on request e.g. hair dryer and towels. then they will be delivered.

There are too few tee and coffee variants during breakfast. The others, like capucinno etc. are available only in bar.

Amazing place - modern clean apartments, fantastic facilities, awesome breakfast and some of the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever met..I'll definitely be back!

the place location is OK, room quite spacious and the staff very help full, although everything request was using whatsapps but they reply promptly

Overall comfortable stayRoom beyond expectation (clean, tidy, nice ambience)Delicious breakfastAll-in-one neighbourhood

We were unfortunate to experience cold water during bathing & 3x electricity blackout in our room, although it took less than 5 min to fix, but it was interrupting us joining online event (webinar)

I love the hotel cleanliness anf the staff, they are very friendly. Keep up the good jobThe kids love to stay there, but they were asking me if there is kid's zone in the hotel but they don't.

The tv programme doesn't have much choice for the free one especially for movie

Good location, great facilities; spacious room.

The room, the location, the interior

Reality enjoyed our stay. Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast with egg station and different dishes daily. View from pool floor was breathtaking.
