Whiz Hotel Malioboro Yogyakarta

Location. It is right in the heart of Jalan Malioboro. Easy to find food and Transportation whenever needed. Out the window view is also nice.

Room smells, leakage of Pipe on the Wall, Only one Bathroom Mat provided for 2 separated washrooms/toilet, No complimentary sachets of Tea/Coffee, Only Cups provided without Spoon.

Near Malioboro street

The front office staff are too rigid with the rules and not flexible. Transportation is also a bit difficult because some roads are closed.

Located right along Malioboro Street, with a convenience store next door. Drinking water is provided, the staff are friendly and polite, and the air conditioning works well.

The hotel feels worn out and overused. The bathroom wasn’t well-maintained, with dirty and unpolished edges, and the shower didn’t work properly. The bed sheets were stained, no extra pillows were provided, and the room itself felt quite small. Only one chair was provided, which made the space even less practical.

The hotel is wonderfully situated for those like me who like to be able to just step out and be in the central city area and in walking distance of the places I love .. kraton, Tugu station, Marlioboro shopping, Beringharjo market etc. And it's reasonably priced.

Breakfast, maybe with the value that i paid it is sufficient enough though the options is limited. In my experience last time visiting this place, the watermelon is not fresh and a bit sour, but the rest is acceptable. You can find basic meal from chicken porridge, chicken curry, bread and fried vegetable. ...so acceptable but can be improved (i could not find omelet stand) . Location, this hotel is really close to the main street destination of Malioboro. so basically you can reach the road on foot where you can find many food vendor here and there. of just simply want to hang out at the benches until late of night and back to hotel with no worries and it is walking distance.

the room that i got is small, and the problem is the window use rolling window and could not close completely until the bottom part. SO i need extra paper to close the open part. The room itself is not big so you need to maneuver yourbelongings here and there.

Location was ideal, near lots of shops and attractions.

The hotel offered at breakfast a variety of different food and fresh fruite. The hotel was located central in Yogyakarta. The staff tried to be as helpful as possible.

This hotel was really filthy. The two rooms I stayed were very dirty, lots of dust and had very old stains everywhere (bed frame, bathroom, TV, switches, plugs, shelfs...). Lot of mold in the bathroom and worn out shower head and old sanitery equipment. The towels had lots of stains and the AC made lound noices so they switched me to another room. The hotel played loud music in the hallways starting at 6:30 am. Overall was the hotel quite noisy inside and the busy street outside. I am very sorry to say this but I can not recommend this hotel. Because of everything above I left the hotel earlier and moved to another hotel within Yogyakarta.
