Clean and comfy hotel with super friendly staff. Diah is so nice and very helpful for any assistance. We booked 13 room for a family gathering and everybody was happy. The furniture is extraordinary excellent.

The shortage of amenities. No coffee or tea

No breakfast and none really closer than walking 15 min to mall in the heat. Suggest they have some simple solutions like organize grab food orders for breakfast the night before.

The accommodation is very clean, including well-maintained bathrooms. The deluxe rooms are suitable for up to 3 people, making them ideal for couples or friends. If you're traveling with family, it's recommended to choose the family room, which offers more space. The atmosphere of the accommodation truly reflects the local charm of Yogyakarta, providing an authentic experience.

The towels in the room need to be replaced with newer, clean white ones to enhance comfort. The parking area requires staff to manage it properly due to limited space. Additionally, the room lighting could be improved by replacing the bulbs with bright yellow lights. Providing a hot water thermos in the room would also be a helpful amenity for guests.

Hotel that meets expectations above price. Small in size, but the interior is also great and beautiful. Both the room and bathroom are kept clean. There is enough hot water to take a shower and Wi-Fi is not inconvenient to use.

There is a temple nearby, so I have to get out of bed early because it's very noisy at dawn. Of course, it's a blessing for Muslims, but I'm not a Muslim.

Spacious and clean.

20m beside a mosque. Every day 4:30am they call to pray by speakers. It's annoying noisy. You cannot sleep.They did not give us, what we booked and what they promise.They asked for credit card on booking. While check in they did not accept credit card and cash is mandatory.We booked a queen size bed. They stated all are fully booked.They promised water heater, coffee maker, fridge in the room - nothing of this exist.Not even shower gel is available on request - they gave us a piece of soap.Toilet paper was not there.Beside the fish bassin in the ground floor there was a big koi fish, held in a small plastic box for all 3 days we've been there. It was sad to see this animal suffering in a much to small box.The receptionist have simple English skills, she did not even understand what we were asking for.Additionaly, there were several defects at the furniture.You can find much better places in Jogja for the same price.

the building is amazing! The room are nice and big enough. The bed super comfy. Felt like in a temple . And the staff! The best ever! Amazing team and everybody did their best to help me and provide me the best experience ever! Loved it every second! Keep me a room for my retirement! Room was clean daily. Wifi is strong. Bathroom is simple but good and have hot water.

Could change the shower head and had one extra power point. But those are just details. Except that I have absolutely nothing to say. It is near perfect !

There were moisture stains all over the ceiling of the room. There was also black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. This is very unhealthy so we decided to change the dates of our stay to one night to get some money back and change hotels immediately. The staff was very helpful in this process and understanding. The room definitely needs maintenance.

The servers at the counter is nice and helpful. The room is as the photo show. the water heater works quickly and you can get hot water immediately!love the decorations of the hotel. feels like Bali.

no hair dryer.the bedsheet and the towel are not very clean. It should be white I guess but it looks gray.The address on the Google map is wrong!You have to search “D ajenk boutique guest house” to get here! (OYO 3468 is next to it)
