Spacious, near the beach park.
Needs a lot of maintenance. Not much service compared to competitors
staff pleasant n helpful n good service n give us upgrade without charges
abit old looking.
Our room was full of mould, your feet stuck to the floor, there were stains on the bed and chairs, bathroom stank of a musty damp smell. You could hear people’s conversations in the next room and the wifi didn’t work. The floors in the whole hotel were dirty and hadn’t been hoovered in ages. Whole place was very unkept.
We booked for two nights but checked out after one as we didn’t feel comfortable staying there. We booked it due to it being a Booking.com recommended hotel! When we checked out we requested a refund for the night we didn’t stay, the receptionist said the manager was not in and he could call us later, we cannot use our phones so I said I would email him and booking.com. I have sent two emails to the hotel with no response and it took 48 hours for booking.com to get back to me apologising as there is nothing they can do.
the hotel even give us upgrade of the room, the service is good and the staff are friendly and polite. If ever when we will travel again will choose this hotel. Is very convenient too. Is very near to night market with nice food.
the location of the hotel is close to train station
the room we booked has good view but the window is very dirty to see things
Cosy room with nice lighting. Our room was facing the main street. In the morning, we could grab some local food along the busy road downstair. Overall, we like the location.
NA
Proximity of the nanbin park and dongdamen night market
By public transport is a bit far from the station
the rooms and bathroom were huge. beds could comfortably sleep 3pax too. it was near to the night market and a laundry shop. around 8mins walk each.
The view is excellent. The bathroom is bigger than expected. The bed is comfy and the room is exceptionally huge. I would book again next time visiting Huelien.
The wallpaper is bit old, some parts were torn, may require simple maintenance. Otherwise the room is great.
Even during several earthquakes, the hotel felt very safe. Staff is also very helpful
