Hotel Les Champs (Hualien )

Location is across from night market that is very convenient. We like the water station and hot water pot in the room.

Bad smell once got out of elevator on 3 rd floor. The small room also smelt bad when we opened the door. Had to spray with perfume to cover up the bad smell.

It’s in a great location near the night market.

There was a bit of construction in the lobby. But it wasn’t loud and it looks like it’s almost done.

The narrowest room I’ve ever stayed , more like a corridor than a room, definitely not value for money.

We disliked it so much that we left after 1 night and stayed somewhere else

The room was too small so we upgraded and even the upgrade was unimpressive. They did warn they the building was undergoing construction but the place look like a dump. Wires everywhere. The breakfast is downstairs and honestly just OK. It wasn't as close to the beach as we were hoping.

Facilities worm out and outdated

A pretty good room, which was comfortable for the six of us. The kids have gone mad when they saw the glass panels of the bathroom. All in all, it's at the perfect location next to the night market, but it isn't worth visiting as of now after the earthquake. Maybe in a couple of months or so, but Hualien isn't touristy now.

I told the people at the check-in how much in a rush, yet they did everything super slowly, deliberately delaying me from occupying my room. Other than this, we only had good experiences here.

The place looked ghosted. There is a construction that is going on right now, and the hotel only lets you know about it after you book the hotel. The price and the look at the hotel at this point do not match at all.

This hotel is my favorite in Hualien. The location is fabulous, right at the corner of the night market. The hotel rooms are well equipped, the staff is very attentive and the breakfast is very tasty. I also like their Line Brown and Cony decoration.

Excellent location, clean rooms

Room was a little run down, creaky floors, paint chipping off.

Great location next to the night market. Free parking on premise.

The bathroom smelled badly. The pipes gave off an unbearable foul odor. The wooden floors creaked excessively and felt poorly maintained. Extremely poor sound proofing. Other guests can easily be heard, and the hotel staff were not able to quiet down parties in neighboring rooms.Loud fireworks and firecrackers were being set off even after midnight, which went on for more than half an hour. Impossible to sleep through.

The location of hotel is opposite to the famous night market, and the breakfast is very good!

Couldn’t tune a light for sleeping, it goes always very bright or completely dark, suggest to offer a solution for sleeping light.

Location was awesome. within 2 mins walk to night market. view from my room was amazing. breakfast spread was good too.

Super close to excellent night market

A small step up inside the room is dangerous. Family room is same size as regular room.

Enjoyed the porridge breakfast.Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Walking distance for the Bank of Taiwan ATM, night market and a craft beer bar.Water and drinks were much appreciated!Extra large tub was excellent, lots of hot water.

Beds were so-so, clean but ageing facility with mold stains in bathroom.

All the counter staff were courteous & helpful. Location was good, just a stone's throw away fron Dongdamen night market.
