hotel is old, most of the staffs are friendly, but there is one who is very unfriendly.

The breakfast was OK, nothing special. We did not get to the hotel until the following morning 6 Dec due to flight delays but we did get our room. We were able to shower and rest for a few hours before heading to the cruise ship for boarding. The hotel was 2 blocks from the ship so that was very convenient for us.

There was no negative issue for us with the hotel, all was good on behalf of the hotel.

Good price for central of keelung. you can walk to keelung night market easily.

Excellent location. Very close to the international cruise terminal, shops & restaurants. Very walkable. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is quite old. You can hear street noises and guests talking in the corridor while inside my room.

Extensive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Clean. Great location.

Shower curtain was missing. Smell emanated from toilet (faulty plumbing?).Low ceilings; cheap furnishings.

Great place to stay in Keelung - clean, spacious with tasty breakfast - we DO recommend this place!

Very outdated facility and room, furniture, elevators from 1950-60. Unsaved elevator still open for use.

The hotel is very old hotel but they have refurnished it, the old value is still there and the taking care in a good way. Location was good and the bus station is actually within 100m from the hotels only.

Room size was good and the bed was surprisingly comfy. Free parking.

The hotel is old and the decor accordingly. The bathroom is very unwelcoming. Our room was adjacent to the A/C compressor and there was a terrible noise all the time. In addition, the rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear other guests in the corridor early in the morning.

Staffs are nice, location is good near bus stops to Keelung main attractions and Jiufen

The breakfast was average. The hotel seems old. It's not smelly and a good location for exploring downtown area though.

The bed is small. And there isn't a shower curtain.

It is located so closed to the heart of jiufen. The night view of jiufen is so nice, If you visit the jiufen by car, this hotel is the best even the parking costs 400 taiwanese dollars.

the parking is a bit tricky but the people can help you. the road is so narrow if you drive german cars.

Sadly, it was a let down. Was misled by the reviews.

The room: the toilet seat has dirty stains and when I used the toilet paper to wipe off brown stain, it came off - leading me to believe that the staff didn’t do a proper cleaning- we had to alcohol wipes the toilet seat! The slippers provided are the reusable type - meaning we are not sure if they have been washed/ cleaned. The pillow was flat. There isn’t any shower curtain! The toilet floor was wet after each use. The doors are super thin and flimsy - we could hear the banging throughout the night. The corridor was poorly lit and gives an eerie feel. Please improve your facilities!

Location is close to where we wanted to stay.

Dirty, old, run down, moldy, smelly, no electrical outlet, electrical not compliant (fire hazard, wire expose). Thin wall thus noisy. Low quality customer. Said a non smoking facilities but clearly smelly neighbor smoked. Reported to the staff but they said nothing they could do. The place is so dirty that you can clearly see the dust has been there for years. If you think about a ghost hotel, they is it. This hotel really is putting Keelung in shame.

The halls were relatively quiet. The room had the expected amenities. Fresh towels and bedding.A few English channels on the TV.A ticket for breakfast was included with my booking.

The room was wood floored and the dark browns made everything feel quite dim and dark in an already windowless room.The bathroom was a little tired and not well swept.The halls and elevators are also a little worn and tired.

The property was centrally located. The staff members are super wonderful.

It is old and can use a makeover.

The facility is good and value for the price.

The breakfast was ok, however, we started breakfast early for travelling, so we found a group of tourists with many people and it seemed the tables were not enough for the guests in the hotel ( our group is 6 people), we got the table at the end. initially, the staff wanted us to come down again after the tourist group (20-30 people) finished which I don't think is a good solution to offer this as we also have a plan to leave the hotel early.

The interior was a little old and outdated but it was well kept and clean
