Excellent location. Easily access to restaurants and local venues. Room with plenty space and good layout.

We requested a baby cot, they also provided a baby bath which was very nice

Anything that we would need was prepared. The room was very large, we rested well so extended our stay by 1 more day.The breakfast could have some variety. Some food except for pork and we missed a hand soap in the room.

The double room is perfect.The hotel is well located and the staff is attentive.Breakfast is good and the second day we need it to take away and they prepare a small but complete picnic breakfast.They have free parking.

The triple room is quite small for 3 persons.The water of shower is difficul to regulate.

Great location, nicely sized rooms with an excellent desk (which was good for me as I spent some time on my computer). Staff helped me switch rooms given the first one was a bit loud.

Breakfast was disappointing (the only form of eggs they had on most days were the standard scrambled egg but with corn and onion). Hotel is a bit on the older side. Gym had no weights.

I was in Hualien one night for a business visit and decided to give this hotel a try as the new Le Meridien I was hoping for would not open until January 2024 and I am glad I made the right choice! This is a simple local hotel located in the center of downtown with great facilities and super comfortable guestrooms - I now understand why the hotel review received many positive feedback. Location of the hotel is also within short walking distance the famous Dongdamen Night Market (2 blocks away). People at front desk reception need a little bit training but my local language fluency help ease the communication issue. I was assigned to a comfortable, modern and spacious room with everything laid out nicely. A few nice little touches I was surprised to see (e.g. a bidet) in a local hotel at a lesser popular city in Taiwan. Overall the interior is great. My only issue is the bed is a bit too hard for me otherwise everything else is fine. Breakfast is served on the first floor in a huge dining space with plenty of food item choices. Boy was I surprised to see so many tourists from Southeast Asia! Guess this hotel is popular among tourists.To sum up, this hotel is absolutely a pleasant find. It does cater to tourists but it is also suitable for short business trip purpose. Most importantly, this hotel is very reasonably priced considering its location and facilities. I am planning to use Le Meridien for my future trip but if the price is too high, I would be more than happy to return to this nice local hotel.

The bed is very hard so a little bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Front desk staff was courteous but needs a bit more training.

Location is good, near to the town. Breakfast spread is good, with quite a wide selection of food.Rooms are spacious, looks recently refurbished. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Full-Kind.

Hotel seems to have two names, its either Full-Kind or Fu-Kang, which can get confusing.Rooms did not have a safe to store valuables.Water dripping sound coming from the shower after we use it, it is quite loud when we are trying to sleep. This sound will stop after a while once the water has completely drained.

Toiletries weren't provided in the room. Breakfast had limited options - there were no sweet options, only savory and the food ran out but wasn't replenished. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Nice, spacious and new rooms. Hotel is located within walking distance to the night market, which is a big plus. Breakfast wasn't too big a spread, and a mix of local and western options.My experience would have been better if I didn't have to deal with the issue about rooms on different floors.

Customer service can be improved. I booked two rooms and had requested for the rooms to be near each other when booking. Was informed 1 day before through Booking.com that the rooms will be on different floors due to different room types - I booked 1xtwin and 1xqueen room.Given the late notice, it was unrefunable so I asked if they could instead assign us two rooms on the same floor. They did not reply and the rooms were on different floors when I arrived. In the end, I repeated my request during check-in, and the check-in staff managed to get two rooms side by side very quickly.
