Novotel Bangka Hotel & Convention Centre

The staff are very friendly and nice. Location is good, very near to the airport.

Bed is making a lot of noise and not comfortable. Found a small cockroach roaming around in the room. Fridge is not cold.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Food was not good especially the western cuisine.

It is clean and comfortable for staycation, i do staycation here about 3 or 4 times already and it’s good. I like the facilities and their room with views also their pool

During our stay we never have experienced their square restaurant instead for breakfast, so at that time when our anniversary we choose to eat at the restaurant below at the lobby. But turns out it was bad experience for us ? there’s an ayce that night but we choose order by request as we are vegetarian. We just ordered 3 foods: carbonara, pizza and the slice cake that i requested for my anniversary. And it comes soooo long. We waited for half an hour for just 3 foods ? even the slice cake they told us it was already made tho but it coming last and the cake was so baddd,i dont think it’s edible, like a liquid sterofoam (?) idk it was that bad,but luckily the looks was fine just for photo but not to eat. The pizza is really not crusty, but the carbonara is good. And also the smoothies was good too. It really ruined my mood actually, i am pregnant and hungry and also it was our anniversary but turns out like that. I hope no one will experience like mine again.

One of the bigger and nice hotel around the area

The air conditioning seems not working. Room was hot to my liking.

Swimmingpool and fitness facility.

Location, a bit too far from center.

Passable

A 4 stars hotel must have soap for hands in the bathroom. And it was not present. I had to use the one of the shower. Time of waiting at the restaurant too long. 40 minutes to receive the first course and there was noone apart in the salon. Once ordered one course at the waiter, it can't be cancelled.

I feel this is the best option to stay on Bangka. The staff is incredibly friendly.

Blood stain on the mattress (only saw this on the last night) and undefinable stains on the pillows. The blood stain on the mattress is what makes me to give this hotel a 4. I feel like housekeeping would have had to see this, while making the bed on day one and each consecutive day that they made the bed after that. It is not acceptable to let a guest sleep on this with only one sheet to cover it up. It was disgusting.

Very comfortable room, with comfy bed, and all expected amenities. Property has a great swimming pool. The restaurant was excellent with full range of delicious local and international cuisines. Staff were attentive and courteous. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

The location is somewhat cut-off from town, but the hotel property is within a well-secured compound.

A horrible stay my wife and child had!

I booked it for my wife and daughter. if you wish to know what problems they faced, please email me [email protected] or call me on +91 9167375544 / + 91 9035151081. It is pathetic to find an Accor hotel of this standard. This is my LAST booking at this NOVOTEL property! sad state of affairs.

Near to Airport. Free Mini Bar, quiet room and fresh fruit provided inside the room.

The detail of the cleanliness, need to look and have more detail on the cleanliness of the room especially the shower and toilet, i do see stains and experience flooding at the shower area due to clot.

Nice big pool, with several sun beds. Staff was very friendly and very willing to help, we brought our bikes and could store these next to reception. Including pick up from the airport.
