The stay was fantastic. The customer service is great and also they are ready to accommodate as per the need. The representatives are really helpful and ready to go an extra mile for their customers. This is the place I would like to come back. Especially, Nitesh & tofiq were more helpful and they were there for every need and requirements we needed. The lunch at the roof top restaurant was delicious and tasteful, they were ready to make customized food due to allergies and religious factor.To conclude, it is one of the best place to stay in Udaipur city & I loved the way we were treated.

We had the best stay so far in Udaipur! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. We explored a few great places for dinner around the city, but honestly, the best food we had was right here at the hotel—absolutely delicious. Everything about our experience was perfect. A special thanks to Nitesh, who made everything so easy and smooth for us. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciate it and would love to come back!

Staff was very helpful: Nitesh at the reception gave us great recommendations and Pavarn at the restaurant helped much with food recommendation. The location is exceptional: about 2 minutes walk from the castle and the views from the rooftop... stunning. The high tea with the sunset view was definitely a highlight of our stay.

You can't approach the hotel by car, read the instructions about parking in advance. They send an advance payment link on Booking.com and WhatsApp, look out for that.

Our stay at the Moustache Luxuria was great. From the pre arrival service until we left everything and the staff was really professional ?. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent for seeing the sights of Udaipur. The management even arranged a foot massage for me after not being so well for a day to cheer me up. It was very much appreciated.Highly recommended and will stay again next time we visit Udaipur.

I had a wonderful, relaxing stay with a beautiful room that offered stunning views of the lake—truly a peaceful experience. The staff, especially Pawan, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that we achieved all we wanted to in Udaipur. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, featuring both indoor and outdoor spaces, so you can still enjoy the breathtaking lake views and sunsets, no matter the weather. The location is perfect, just next to the City Palace, which is definitely a must-see when you're in Udaipur.

The food service at the rooftop restaurant was disappointing. The staff member taking our order often forgot items, and it took a long time for the meals to arrive. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was down for our entire stay, which made ordering food difficult since the menu was only available online, and many of us didn’t have a data connection. Additionally, there was a point where we had to wait for hot water, which was frustrating.

the room was good but the staff was great, my wife got sick and they helped do get medicine and checked up on us. they gave us a lot of freebies but sadly we couldnt enjoy them due to our health

you could here drainage sound from our room, the hotel is in the city only but in a steep ally so there is a little upslope walk to go anywhere

The property has a roof top Cafe with a breathtaking view on Lake Pichola .

Location was fabulous. Nitesh the manager was top notch as well. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was lovely. Good views of the sunset from the roof.

We did not eat at the property so cannot comment.

We had an exceptional 4-night stay at Moustache Luxuria Udaipur. Pavan and Nitesh went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, especially organizing a flawless New Year’s Eve and birthday celebration for my wife. Their attention to detail, personalized suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel truly special. The hotel’s restaurant, laundry service, and transportation were also excellent. The hotel room and common areas were very clean. Highly recommend!

Amazing lake side property in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food delicious, the ambience delightful, and the staff was super friendly, helpful and hospitable. Special shoutout to manager Pawan, who made our stay as comfortable as possible. He guided us to the best places, arranged transportation, accomodated special requests and generally ensured we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday! Definitely going back again.

Good location, walking distance to most attractions inside old city. The rooftop restaurant has very good views overlooking the lake Pichola.

The room was clean and modern, and well presented, with attention to detail. The staff here went out of their way to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed, and helped us immensely getting to the railway station for our next journey. Their on-site restaurant, the Bayleaf, served good, well prepared food, and here the staff were also very accommodating. The petal bath seen in the pictures was freshly drawn and ready for us when we arrived - really adding a ‘wow’ effect beside the view over the lake and trees.

We appreciate the property needs good reviews, but it's not necessary for the staff to send messages asking every day after you leave :) Give people a little time to do what they say they will do, as they are travelling on holiday and may not have time.Watch out for the friendly local gentlemen who conveniently appear as you leave the hotel and talk you into visiting his various suit shops to sell you shirts and suits, as this cost us time in our itinerary trying to escape once we discovered it was a sales pitch not just a friendly welcome.

The hotel in some areas needs an update. Specifically the breakfast room. Also the shower room in the room. Also although a 4 star the breakfast should have a better variety.

It was a lot stay with a very good rooftop and special hi tea at sunsst and the hospitality was amazing by mr pawan who have where good knowledge of city and always with vey good behaviour and very good to all travelers that manager mr pawan knows multiple Laugauges hindi marathi english tulu kanada and more where will helps to coronation and the food taste was best breakfast was great

Lovely rooftop view across the lake and beautiful room with fantastic views. Prices on the menu were pretty good value as well.

The restaurant and bar lack atmosphere so it was better to go out for dinner. It's well located, so not a problem.

The location was lovely - the views particularly at sunset were phenomenal. The bed was comfortable, the bath with the rose petals was a particularly nice touch as was the fruit bowl and the cookie jars with home made biscuits.

Friendly staff, great location in terms of view and being at the lake and close to the City Palace.

On our last night we wanted a glass of wine but were refused as they did not want to open a bottle. They had already served us glasses of wine the previous evening. We did not want a full bottle late at night when we had to be up early. It did impact our last night which was a shame because we had a great time there.
