Location near all the places to visit. Good value for money and safe for the family. The cleanliness of the room and staff are also.

We stayed at this hotel as a family, including our elderly parents, and had a truly pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, patient, and always ready to help, which made a big difference for our parents’ comfort. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and well-suited for a family stay. We felt well taken care of and would definitely return!

Hotel Reception.

Rooms are small and mattresses are not good as now it's time to change it. In some Delux rooms there is no window pack from every side. We can get the best hotel in this budget.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.Hotels offer a variety of unique amenities that aim to enhance the guest experience. These include spas, fitness centers, and business facilities, each providing different ways for guests to enjoy their stay.The entire hotel building was covered with the central cooling system. The lobby, the bar, the restaurants etc. were nicely decorated. The rooms were top class with some exceptional and stunning furniture. The staffs and crew members were genuinely cordial with their service. They always smiled before taking the orders or performing something for me or the other clients.I would recommend this hotel

- location close to the train station - very welcoming and helpful staff: all administrators and the restaurant staff (Mr Lalshing & Manish)- overall clean

- noise from the corridor so bring earplugs - strong light from the AC indicator and from the street so bring the sleeping mask, too- the Wi-Fi was weak

While booking show no need to pay and after booking confirmed hotel asked to pay money to hold they booking that's not good rest ok

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

I think the staff and especially the night lobby boy was extremely helpful. Hot water was good and required in the winter. Cleanliness was average.

Mainly the location. It is difficult to access, being in a small lane and also difficult to get to the main tourist spots. We also felt the rooms are too small.

The common washroom after checkout was not up to the mark.There is no common changing room for ladies if the journey is extender by some hours

Check in Problems was there.Waiting for room was painful, where a person come from long and tiresome journey. Even after advance payment any one want immediate check in the room as he arrives at hotel.

Where Advance payment can not refund at the time of arrival of person, there should be provide toilet, wash basin and shower also. So, visitors can reach at his destination in time. At Hotel Uddhav Vilas, Udaipur only toilet facility provided, this facility was insufficient for those family persons who paid in advance payment online.

The hotel, the food, the staff members, location, parking space for my car everything was excellent. Feel like coming to the same place again.

Rooms were not ventilated, no windows. Lack of professionalism. Welcome kit were not there. Tea kit were provided of we asked for.Frequent power cut.
