Breakfast was standard. No continental. Only saving grace was Deepak in the restaurant who provided an excellent service

Appalling customer service We had to change rooms 3x due to unhygienic standards. Stains on bedsheets, mattress and protector.My mattress springs brokenShower room not cleanGenerally not a clean hotelDid not accept any international card for payment. Insisted we find other means to payGenerally did not give a damn and ruined our stayI would recommend all international travellers avoid this hotelEven towels provided were stained.

Breakfast spread was good & tasty. Staff at restaurant was very cordial & courteous. Special mention for Simran at the restaurant for her service. Digvijay at the reception during our checkin process was very helpful & courteous which made the process smooth.

House keeping could improve. Wi-Fi could be better. Dinner menu & spread could be better & tasty

The breakfast spread was good and the dining area opens up to the poolside and a fabulous view across the hill side. They upgraded me to a room with a private pool which was fun. The staff were polite and helpful.

Room view is good however their furniture seems very old plus bathrooms are not at all clean.

Entering the lobby set the time for our stay: the staff were excellent; all very polite, courteous, and professional. Check-in was straightforward. We had grounds for rooms which looked out into garden area. Great variety of food at breakfast, and the chef immediately accommodated our dietary restrictions. The hotel looks beautiful, and the location is stunning!

Minor issue in my room where one of the shutters was stuck, the blind couldn't be rolled up, and the Airton remote was dodgy. The manager immediately changed my room. Lighting and ventilation in the bathrooms need improvement. Consider safes in the rooms pls! Not an issue for us but be aware that the location is out of the main centre of town.

Hot water was not there...may be gieser was not working. Breakfast taste was ok. Not so good.

Bed is horrible and the mattress is totally torn out. Linens are not neat and tidy. Loud speakers from the party hall till midnight which is quite disturbing.

The resort is old & poorly maintained, its under renovation & hence very noisy, Service is extremely slow & tea takes 1 hour when ordered in room

It is a beautiful property, with lovely rooms. The facilities are good too.

The staff needs to be a little more organized. Breakfast also needs to have more staff and needs to be improved!

Staff and Breakfast serving team was energetic. Receiption manager was good. Outdoor view and property is very good. Lavish and greenish. Customer entry was decent as well.

Room maintenance ( AC not cooling, Bathroom no proper water supply no force, no hot water, cockroaches in room) etc etc. Overall very poor house keeping. Towels were not proper. Hygiene was an issue !

Building fascade is good. Food was very good. DJ was good.

Calling and asking for direct bank transfer while my card is working good. Wifi connection was like snail movement. Access to the hotel as its away from city. After DJ late night singing by drunken unprofessional not even caring of other people sleeping.
