Room was spacious and clean

,room advertisement and booking with bath but no bath available. Order food and not placed at table,myself had to wait for my food and my wife already finished eating when my food been served.Staff also not friendly and not at all able to comunicate in english

The facilities were poor and the breakfat was just OKish.

Location . Good food.Love the freshly brewed masala chai. Staff were great and welcoming in the restaurant area.The manager was very attentive.Was very touched on last day to get some mithai delivered to my room.

The staff was very helpful and solved our issues in a pleasing manner. Especially, MR. Jayprakash in the restaurant, I asked for breakfast to be sent to our room and MR. Jayprakash chose a good assortment of dishes. The daytime security guard and the receptionists were also very helpful in making the stay a pleasant one.

The shower had no hot water coming but the basin had hot water but we did not complain to the staff about this as we felt it was manageable due to the warm weather.

Parking was good; free places available

Continental breakfast options were bad; croissants were rock solid

Long waiting for check-in and outRoom sizes were not up to the mark.No good outdoor sitting. The lifts were faulty.

Bathroom fittings are poor and hotel need to more focus on cleaning of property and rooms

Rooms though small were clean , staff was courteous, location was fine as main tourist attraction was 15 mins from Hotel.

Not prompt response from Reception area, though staff was polite seemed very unprofessional. Lots of waiting time at Restaurant and even after repeating several times they couldn't deliver the way Food was ordered. There is no kids meal option. No kids play area at all. And it doesn't look like what is shown on pictures. Rooms are very very small for that the charge is too high. Also there is limited food menu. Breakfast too doesn't feel fresh .

Firstly, I would say awesome experience at Fern residency. Stay was very comfortable this all because of the housekeeping staff who was just a call away. If I talk about the food it was also great specially at breakfast buffet with so many different options. Many thanks to the chef and rest fern' s staff who make our stay comfortable.

As such nothing to say that something was not good. Everything went well during our stay. All staff members were helpfull and they go extra mile to complete the needs of customer.

Rooms are too small.. No proper view from the room, we had to keep curtains ON all the time. Shower panel water flow was less.

View from the room was not good, the website was showing the room has a bath tub but it wasn’t there, price which was been charged was high

The food was horrible and I reported the same but nothing was done about it. I had ordered simplest off the food from menu but it was tasteless and dry. There was no hot water available in bathroom and even after informing the front desk, nothing was done about it.

Swimming pool is excellent. Decently big and very clean.Breakfast is very good. Taste and service is also good
