The rooms were not the same as it were shown in the picture while booking. Initial room given was too small that even if you open a suitcase, you would not have space even to walk. Also, no intercom in room, no room service, no room heater.

Disappointing

Poor Service , Poor Location So many bikes at Entrance. Difficult access. Rooms have Damp/Moist smell. Not recommended.

Great location in the city centre, and the room was clean and modern.

The rooftop was under construction from 9 in the morning till 9 in the evening. There were constantly heavy machines being used throughout the day. So we could not really use our private terras, due to the noise and dust. Also in our room the noise was very noticeable.

1) The location was great.2) Food served was always hot. 3) Cleanliness was maintained.4) The staff was friendly and courteous.5) Liked the morning flute being played in the hotel.

1) Location only accessible via autos or two wheelers. 2) Only two or three options for the breakfast which is costly compared to other hotels 3) No cupboard in the heritage room.4) Bedsheets were torn.5) Very small washroom in the heritage room.

The photos did not represent the property at all. The price was not representative of the quality of the property. The little pool that they had (even if you could call it a pool) was not working. They did not even let us know that the pool was not working in advance.

The hotel has a very charming terracota decoration. The bed is very clean and comfortable. Nice swimming pool and good location.

Communication with this hotel is impossible. I tried to reach them on the phone, via email. Nobody replied. Booking also tried to contact them unsuccessfully, creating a big inconvenient. Once you book with them they send you a message requesting you a bank transfer or your booking might be cancelled, and that's the only message you get from them. They say their reception is open 24h but I arrived late in the night and took me a while to make them open me the door as the receptionists were sleeping on the floor. Let's be more professional!

The room was at a walkable distance from most of the interest points and the market area.The room was very clean and spacious.The staff were quite good.Food served over the room service is excellent

The drawback is that the road is conjusted .The breakfast place is not in the same building.Instead served in the opposite building where you have to climb 3 floors.

Pool and Rooms were very nice and cozy, it was a cute property. We booked a room with a private balcony and it was worth the money !

The terrace dinner came out of the box we roam around and were fed up to find a gud dining spot but then when we tried our own hotel it was so amazing 11/10 experience it was

Nothing tbh! And knowing that we had an unpleasant stayed, they cancelled our booking online to avoid receiving a bad feedback

The room was dirty with shoe marks, the pillow cases and bedspread as well were not clean. The staff was not helpful. IMPORTANT- the place is under renovation, so the places mentioned like the pool side is not accessible. When we went they told us that the room we wanted had no AC available. This discussion happened ONLY WHEN WE CHECKED IN at 6. And we were already late to our other plans because of that. They gave us a discount since they shifted us to a smaller room. The room we selected was honestly so disappointing and not worth the price.

It is a newly renovated property, situated at a very prime location.

the smell from the drain in the bathroom was a bit annoying, that made my stay within the room uncomfortable.

Great location, lovely roof terrace & restaurant.The softest bed I've slept in so far in India! :)Room was clean & bedlinen was spotless.

I couldn't shake the feeling that the mattress and bedcover felt damp; my recommendation to the manager would be to ventilate and air the room.
