Front Desk persons polite.

1. We reached to hotel after 200kms road journey at about 06-00 pm. Front desk said no booking for you for today. Advised to wait. We waited. after an hour we could check in . Poor system of keeping incoming guests information and time.2. For second night , Air Conditioner was not working. Electrician could not do.3. I have been charged for breakfast. I told that my booking is inclusive of breakfast. I have no option except to pay for the breakfast. 4. On arrival at my home, I have informed them by email, showing booking.com 's booking information with breakfast. They have yet to refund.

The hotel is very nice, most of staff is professional and overall property is aesthatically maintained. Pool is good and breakfast is elaborate with great quality and taste.

2 of staff unnecessarily roaming around pool area which isn't professional, it creates uneasiness among female guest, not at all required at such property. When complained I was told it is for safety of unruly guests but then again it doesn't mean they'll just sit near pool.No classy property allows that, you can tell them to stay conveniently away so if any mishap happens they can reach on time.

Location was excellent, cleanliness and ambience was great. Breakfast was good but can be improved.Staff were cooperative

Very unprofessional, slow service, poor response to guest needs. Was unable to generate an invoice for my stay on 15th April. Promised to send by email but did not. So i have no record of my payment.

They are unprofessional. They did not give me an invoice for my stay on 15th April in spite of several reminders.

Room size which I was given was larger than normal as I needed an extra bed for which I would like to thank the receptionist. Normal room size should be slightly bigger to accomodate an extra bed or a separate category or a bigger room is required for families travelling with children.

Room cleanliness was below expectations. There was accumalated dirt on the tiles due to poor cleaning over extended periods of time. Balcony door was defective and not closing. Balcony was dirty.

Ginger is always good ...it's clean comfortable and value for money...

Reception person asking for child's adhaar card as an identity proof and saying it's mandatory lol and no one available to transfer your luggage to your room

Breakfast was nice. Location is also good.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly.

It was in a good location Beds were comfortable it had a fridge in the room and a pool on the roof. The bathroom was nice good shower western style toilet. The decor was nice in the restaurant

The room was smallish and the hotel was hot due to the design with a glass roof that was in an atrium from roof to ground floor

New modern hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Not much to eat or do nearby. Gym was very good. Room had decent size. Breakfast okay.

There are charges for early check in and the size of the bed was toooooo small.

Breakfast - Too blunt. Aimed for foreigners and not Indians. Repeats daily except for 1 item. Rooms - Compact rooms. Nothing wow.Service - Worst! Unfortunately got caught with a fever and requested reception to help with one strip of basic paracetamol tablets - Denied. Asked for a map of the city - Denied! Asked for suggestions of places to visit - Denied! Asked about parking and rates of tourist places in Udaipur - Unaware! Seems like their motto is anything within the room, you can ask and we will try to deliver but outside that, be it even a query, they don't entertain!Hotel Vibe - Typical corporate hotel. Doesn't compliment the Udaipur vibe.

There was an error from my side in my reservation however it was handled very smoothly by the team. The hotel is located very close to the railway station and is also close to the major sightseeing options. The ambience of the hotel is very eye catching. There is a pleasant aroma present throughout. The breakfast spread was also good. They also provided us the early check-in and late check-out based on our needs.

The duvet and the bedsheet in my room 112 had a stain on it. The kettle in my brother's room 116 had a foul smell. The set top box in my mother's room 118 was not working the day we arrived, the issue was registered with the reception however no technician showed up, we had to make a call the next morning again to get it rectified. We even asked for a manager to connect with us however he seemed to be occupied and never connected.There is another ongoing issue, I seemed to misplace a bag in their storage room (Completely my mistake), I had registered my complaint 48 hours ago and have made almost 4 calls so far however neither they have confirmed nor they have reverted that it is not found. This is more of a worry as the hotel is supposed to follow-up on such requests however it seems that they are not bothered about it. I made follow-up calls to follow-up to a contact number provided to me however my calls went unanswered. Still following-up.

Had a really smooth stay, nice clean rooms and service was on point. Loved the breakfast as well, simply amazing?.Everything was just great ?.

It is nearly brand-new and really lovely throughout. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything of course was in excellent condition. Breakfast had a good variety and eggs could be made to order. We also have dinner there several times everything was excellent. Went above and beyond and every aspect of our stay. This is the best service we have had in India so far.

Property was clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and really appreciated any feedback.

Hotel restaurants do not provide room service before 12 pm, this causes a lot of problems, especially morning tea.
