Location is great, quite a few places to visit are at walkable distance which was a big plus to not worry about car or auto to visit different places/

Room service was OK, we had to call multiple times for water refills. The bed was made daily, but bathroom cleaning seemed inconsistent—we often found hair and water on the floor/shower area. Hot water was also frequently an issue.

Superior room is not comfortable. Very Bad bathrooms, No proper ventilation and No additional drain pipes near wash basin for the water to flow. It gets accumulated near the bathroom door.

Great location. Every room has a beautiful lake view. Hotel is centrally located next to all main attractions, but still very quiet. Staff is extremely friendly.

Was impossible to balance the hot and cold water in the shower.

The value of this property is amazing. When you first walk in, the lobby is stunning as it overlooks the lake with lots of lush greenery and murals. The room was simple but nice and had a great view of the lake and city. I booked this accommodation at the very last minute because I was having issues with my other accommodation and had to leave rather quickly. They had my room ready for me by the time I got there thirty minutes after booking. They even moved my room from the ground floor to the first floor after they saw I was a solo female traveler because they thought it would be more comfortable for me. So thoughtful! Especially for a last minute booking. As a solo female traveler, I would recommend this hotel. It is a great location and I felt very safe in the area. Thank you to Kanishka and the staff for making my stay so wonderful!

The room was very clean but had a little wear and tear. This didn’t bother me but I know for some people it may matter. The only downside I might be able to say for solo female traveler is that you have to walk through a narrow walkway in order to get to the hotel. This isn’t a problem during the day but I could see it being uneasy at night. However, if it’s a concern I’m sure the staff would be willing to meet you and walk with you because they really take into consideration the safety of solo females.

The location is great, within walking distance of many of the sights. My room had a wonderful view over the lake with a balcony, perfect. The staff were so helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Needs a little more work in getting bigger rooms for 3. For 2 person occupancy just the right size.

The property's communication was great. The way to the hotel was somewhat confusing as the driver wouldn't drop us off to the hotel due to the small roads. On talking to the property they were able to sort it out. From the main road its a short walk through small streets to get to the property which is by the lake - fair enough given this is the old-ish part of the city. At check in, we were welcomed with coconut water was a nice touch! In addition to breakfast, which was included in our booking, complementary afternoon tea was offered, along with one free foot massage. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel was only a short 10 minute walk from the main attractions.

Rooms could've used some wardrobe space. Wifi was weak in the corner room I stayed in (room #2)Rooms could do with more sound proofing - given it's in a popular area, there is plenty of music/noise till late.

At the beginning when reaching to the property I had to go through a dark alley and I was afraid of getting lost but the rest of the day the light was on so I felt safe

Nice location, right in the center of old city so everything was walking distance. Nice looking hotel

The hotel was not very clean. The bathroom walls were very noticeably dirty in several places which was unsettling. The balcony door in my room did not properly latch which made me feel unsafe. Food in the restaurant was not the best. Overall I didn't feel like it was worth the amount I paid for the stay

Restaurant staff was not having a smile. (not everyone). But it was okLocation of the hotel is pretty tricky to find.

Beautiful room with great view, comfortable beds and very quiet area.Very nice seating at the restaurant at the lake.Good with allergies as well, you do have to remind the servers but that's understandable.

Location was horrible, in a shady looking alley with no parking. The breakfast buffet was decent but they often ran out of food. The lake was dirty, but it could be due to the rains. Overall, not worth the money

Great location with lots of shops nearby and the City Palace is within walking distance. The hotel over looks a beautiful lake and is very peaceful and relaxed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, in particular Mahi who helped us book transport from the hotel to the bus stop and gave us great advice. Lovely stay, thank you very much!

I stayed in the Moustache Udaipur Verandah with my spouse and my parents and all of us enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal (short walking distance to the City Palace) and right at the lake front, the rooms were clean and comfortable (warm shower with great water pressure). The dining and the common area were also clean and beautiful. Most importantly were the staff-- so kind, courteous, and welcoming-- and the food here. They got delicious breakfast and dinner is 10+/10. We tried so many dishes but their butter chicken was out of this world and reminds me that I can't get anything close to this in the US. Whole heartedly recommend this establishment

it would be great if the lake area in front of the hotel could be cleaned up a little because it can make the views so much better especially since the location is so nice.

We had a king corner with balcony that we really enjoyed. Close to everything. The lake front restaurant was pleasant. Free foot massage a bonus.

Breakfast is good. Entry to the Hotel is not good. Location of Hotel is good, specially lake side resturant is amazing.

Food price is on the higher side compared to other star hotels. Could have been little cheaper at per with the food quality. However, preparation and presentation is good.
