Outstanding food !!!! Extremely helpful staff ... Had taken a Lake View room which was great. The rooms are a decent size .

Nothing that we didnt like .... room for improvement in bathrooms and rooms look a bit dated and need a fresh coat of paint

It’s nothing like the pictures, the property is not on the lake like shown on pictures.

The is a haveli style hotel built in 1992 right on the lake. The food is excellent and the price is very reasonable. The staff are really very good. The rooms are very clean and also the bed was very comfortable as well.

the hotel was very nice and pleasant and comfortable, the ac was a life saver in this hot Indian summer heat

I wasn't a big fan of the food in the hotel restaurant, I tried an array of both Indian and non Indian. Also I thought it was a bit misleading to include some meals on the half board options but not includ the drinks, not that they cost a lot but a bit annoying if your expecting them to be included especially if you have to keep asking

Breakfast is good and served in a pleasant and caring manner. Lake facing of the rooms and restaurant is most satisfying.

Breakfast was average, could have been better.Location is excellent, especially our lake facing rooms on the second floor were wonderful. The room size, room facilities and washroom were good.

Breakfast could be better...More importantly the access to lift should be senior friendly. There is an incline with no side railings and my elderly parents needed lot of our assistance for getting in or out of the lift.

The staff behaviour is the most I liked that worth mentioning. The location of the hotel was okay okay, not that great, as you don't get real good lake view from your rooms. I liked their terrace and the open air seating place. Their restaurant location is great, lovely ambience.

The rooms were cramped and with no views, the bathroom was not very clean. The food quality was average, we had one dinner and 4 breakfast, the breakfast has room for improvement. The rooms were noisy, as it was next to the road and the traffic noise was disturbing.

Loved the place, central location, good view from the room , I had asked for top floor room but it was not available so got 1st floor which was also nice. Excellent staff very polite, good tasty food , polite waiters , over all excellent experience.

Indian style buffet Breakfast was great and changed daily. Eggs cooked to your liking. Beautiful patio dining on Lake Fateh Sagar.

No instructions for the operating TV - which was eventually demonstrated.

Breakfast had a ton of options for everyone. We found our favorites from pancakes, toast, fruits, and indian breakfast options. Staff was very attentive to all our needs and served us promptly.

Location was amazing and the restaurant opposite had scenic view.

The room had basic facilities. In the bathroom more toiletries should be kept. If you get the top floor you have a good view otherwise u other rooms.Restaurant floors were not clean. They were just cleaning the tables and at times they won't even clean the table unless asked for. This is a big area of improvement.

We visited on 19 Dec to 22 December.Staff member Priyanka at Reception, guide us for places & restaurants to visit, booking etc. Very much Appreciated her Courtecy & helpful nature. All other staff Dashrathsingh,Shankarsingh & Himantsingh are also prompt & good. Location of Property, particularly Restaurant is excellent. Rooms are spacious & clean. Enjoyed our family vacation to the fullest.

Breakfast spread seems limited, secondly in our stay of 3 days, same breakfast menu repeated twice. Otherwise Dinner was Excellent.

Everything was useless, staff, food, cleanliness, facilities. Only 2 iron and boards in the entire hotel, 2 hair dryers. We were told that guests bring their own iron and hair dryer, food was pathetic. 11.30 pm at night the staff called us to pick up iron because another guest needs it!!!!. It was raining and the staff was bringing food in the open without any cover ?

Facilities not upto the mark. Room shared by 3 people but towels, glass and cups only for two. Had to ask for extra repeatedly. Lukewarm water in washroom.Restaurant service for dinner on 17/11/23 was very poor.

Location is good but poor facilities and bad food. Although the washroom had no water… front desk staff kept on asking early check out and don’t accommodate.

The facility is spacious , well maintained and has a really good lake facing restaurant

The basic facilities what a guest might expect are drinking water, bath room slippers, dental kit, iron..that weren't there upon entering, .I had to constantly call at reception to get these basic things to which I felt agitated and inconvenienced for the huge money paid, the kettle cover was broken, the iron did not plug into the socket and so many little dozen things which is totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, I think I have better stay experience at other hotels in udaipur with half the price...

Breakfast was good but dining experience was very poor.Location is very good, but facilities are not adequate.

Wifi was very slow, showers water temperature was hard to regulate and had to take bucket baths. One of our rooms was not clean and their dog was tied nearby that barked all night, so could not sleep.
