- Location of Hotel. It was located in the heat of old city and all the landmarked visiting place are around 4-5 KM range. Behavior of staff, they are good people and helping a lot in guiding city location etc.

- Bathroom water was not clean there was dirt in the water, even room service for toilet paper and tissue paper was not timely made.
- There is a need to improve the restaurant.Roasted peanuts were stale still staff kept on serving, I had to tell them to stop this item.Incharge of pantry needs to take care.

In this pries range lot of other hotel was available with breakfast. I suggest Booking.com top support customer and take out of listing of similar hotel. The Water in tap coming super hot, difficult to bath. It was unconfirmable, no cold water was available in tap to mix. Mixer was malfunctioning.

Very well organised. Staff is good and friendlyRooms are well maintained.Food in the restaurant is excellent.
There is a water leakage from taps, and faucet.Even the flush keeps leaking.This has been brought to the notice of staff.There is ascope for improvement in house keeping department.

The only issue is parking of vehicles. It is not only difficult to park there is hardly any space to park the vehicle. Some arrangement is required on priority.
The location was good, room was clean & Nice and the behavior of staff was so good. They were nice and humble.
The food of hotel was not tasty at all. Tea was all the time good though. And most importantly which i did not like was their wi fi restrictions. You only can connect one device meanwhile your stay. So if you have multiple devices and you need them all to be connected with wi fi so that you can work then this might not be the hotel where you will want to stay.
The room they gave us next day was superb
The first day stay was very bad. the room which we should get was not provided. later next day they gave us the correct room
