THE MANGAL VIEW RESIDENCY - A Luxury Boutique Business Hotel

The hotel was amazing with good rooftop views and other amenities.

I got food poisoning after eating at the restaurant, but it’s probably just because I’m a foreigner and not used consuming food and drink here.

Modern and well located hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place has an amazing restaurant with great views to the city and city palace.

Modern, spacious room.

No safe in the room. A/C set to the minimum and yet the temperature in the room was high. The front desk had a nerve to call at 10:00 to “remind” in an unfriendly way that the checkout was at 10am. There was nobody waiting for that room. The hotel occupancy was very low. There were only 5 people at breakfast. It was totally unnecessary and simply toxic. Somebody should train the guy at the front desk that you do things like that to annoy people, not to leave a good lasting impression.

The hotel has a good location, very friendly reception staff who is very kind and helpful!! The breakfast was good and tasty! The room was spacious and clean

The hotel is clean, breakfast is Indian. Staff is helpful, good orientation point - train station. I recommend this hotel

Power outage for 5 to 10 mins or so very early in the morning... but they did mention issue with generator ... so it wasnt a major turn off as it got resolved very quickly.

Newish building, hood AC, easy to get to and to call a taxi from, comfy bed, not far away from the palace, ok to leave luggage on the day of checking out, ok terrace

Some of the staff lack communication skills but I think it’s due to language and cultural reasons. The breakfast is not to die for

Reception staff polite, welcoming with a smile,professional and helpful. Check in was very easy and quick. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff all good. Karanji served us well with a smile on his face.

Best Location close to city palace, lake pichola and heart of the city, Very clean room and amenities.

The bed sheet and pillows are very dirty. We booked upgrade premium room because of we can get bigger bathroom ( which shows in pictures) for our room and they didn’t give us that, be careful mis guided in photos. So make sure before you book.

We had a nice stay in this hotel with a lovely rooftop restaurant, where we had a very good dinner. The hotel location is about 15 min walk to the lake and palace or just 2 minutes by car.

We did not like the fact that we were unable to pay with our credit cards, which we used many times in other places in Udaipur. Hotel staff tried to process the payment 5 or 6 times in 2 separate occasions in 2 different days, but the cards were "rejected", so we had to go for ATM at the end.

The size of the room is amazing and the amenities are new. The staff is nice. But the best part of the stay was breakfast. The breakfast is Indian vegetarian and had so many options. Looked forward to it every day.We also had dinner at the restaurant which was so tasty. Less oily and spicy.

the best hotel for the family members and in the best location the staff is also cooperative the rooms are so good comfortable and clean
