Property is old and needs modifications.

Bathrooms need major modifications. Entrance keys very old way.

The location, the rooms, facilities were excellent and the entire staff were very courteous & supportive.

You couldn’t dislike anything about this property

They should have organised some activities and women staff should be more greetful( specifically dinning area ) also food quality to be improved . food wasnt warm

The money value was great, we don’t think it deserves the grade that it currently has in booking. It’s a great hotel to rest and be away from the craziness. Great and spacious rooms. The problem is that it’s a bit far from downtown but if you are just passing by it’s a great place to rest. Food in the restaurant was ok, normal prices. They were also really nice by giving us an early lunch box.

It was the second time we stayed there. Everything was good. Ambience of the resort is beautiful. But the food quality could be better. Otherwise Everything is nice.

The cottages are well maintained.Lawns are manicured.Staff is attentive.

Room are very poorly kept Our Room No 1002 or 1020 had leakage in bathroom.Bathroom door lock not functioning.We were shifted to a cottage next day after persistent complaints.F&B staff gave a very poor impression

A very spacious and airy resort. There is a problem with hot water (hot water comes but is lukewarm) which cannot be done in cold.

We personally liked the openness and the swimming pool and the quietness of the place. However, you may hear train sounds during day time.

property is beautiful and rooms are very clean. it has ample place of walking lovers and gives great look. few of the staffs are very well behaved and food quality is good.

Room size was pretty good for a family of 3 (2 adults & 1 kid)

I didn't like the hotel at all.a pungent smell coming out of the rooms.i am facing so much issues in my room like stuck door lock,sanitary problem,phones not working,pungent smell and so on.there is no variety in the breakfast .due to pungent smell i also upgrade my room but its not worth at all .So i will never visit this place again and not doing booking from booking.com nor recommend this place to anyone.

staff is not clear about the booking practices, even after confirming stay of 3, price was confirmed beforehand, but during checkout hotel charged extra 5k, which was not told before.

Sewage removal is near the restaurant in front of sitting area. Needs to be changed to other location

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is huge and kept very clean.

The rooms were just not worth 6k a night that we spent. The furniture was all very old. The closet door had a creaking sound coming. The room lights were very dim. The towels didnt seem very clean and a strong bleach smell coming from it.The rooms are in a desperate need of renovation. Apart from the swimming pool there arent any other things available. The staff was short on one of the days for breakfast and the service was slow as there was a packed house.

Food is delicious.service is excellent.room is nice.
