Location was good, room was ok

Not as clean, as we were expecting. Bathroom and bedrooms were dirty

1. The hotel was close to the main road, so you can easily get an auto or a cab.2. Staff was helpful and polite; whatever extra I asked for, they gave me. We even requested a late checkout, and they gave it to us free of charge.

1. Wifi was really slow 2. Breakfast had limited options; they could add one or two more varieties.

Not a 4 star hotel

The hotel's proximity to Udaipur railway station makes it a convenient choice, especially for a brief stay. However, with a roughly 25-minute walk to the city center or a 10-minute car ride, it may not be ideal for an extended visit. While suitable for a night, there are some aspects to consider.Upon arrival, the initial room offered had cleanliness issues, including dirty blankets, a used-looking pillowcase, a broken sink, and signs of damage to walls and curtains. The staff graciously provided an alternative room, changing the bedding in front of us. Although the pillowcase was now clean, the blankets still exhibited stains and darker spots, suggesting a potential lapse in laundry quality.Additionally, we opted for the continental breakfast, but it fell short of expectations. The limited non-Indian offerings comprised only bread toast, salty butter, and a single type of jam throughout our three-day stay. Guest-use cups and dishes were often unclean, prompting some visitors to clean them independently. Several tables were left uncleared from previous guests, and on more than one occasion, we had to request cutlery, dishes, or refills as the staff at the buffet seemed preoccupied.While the experience was not aligned with the expectations of a 4-star rating, perhaps reflecting more of a 2-star standard, it would be interesting to understand the criteria used for the star assignment, as it doesn't seem to match European 4-star hotels.

Room was good but toilet could have been better. There is no wet n dry concept in this toilet.

The size of the bed is too small. My kids fell down from the bed in night. My room was on the road front side but every time I could hear people talking. Which was disturbing me and my family. I ordered 2 cup of tea. And they charged 168/- rs. They just cheated their guest. During the time of check out they charged me extra money for his bedsheet. And their behavior was very rude. I waited for 10 minutes but he didn’t provide me the bill.

smoke smell coming to room continuosly. Exhaust fan not working. Ac leaking water... no one attended our problems.

Room is good but needs improvement like no fridge is in suites.Restaurant preparation is bad. The even not serve the good quality of tea. Even charged for spare plates in room which I experience first time while traveling.Balance payment not refunded.

The room looks nice and the building is kind of new, they are good people and the restaurant is good. A lot of goods for the bathroom

The isolation between rooms is none or a small plastic, so you can hear and almost see the rooms around you, up down and sides

The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones

Swimming pool need to keep more clean, it was not much big.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room (and bathroom) was very clean. Location is also good (5 minute tuk tuk from the station and from city palace and lake). Food at the hotel was also decent and well priced. Overall good value for money.

Location of Property was good

The services were not good, they didn't provide basic facilities like kits in wash rooms, iron in room, everything was on demand, it was not worth to money. There were no much options in breakfast and dinner buffet.

Bath towals poor quality. Expired life. TV local make picture quality colours poor.

The view from the room was good and it was very peaceful.

They need to improve the parking facilities.

The hotel is very clean. Praveen who was working the reception was very professional and helpful. There was hot water and a restaurant with good food for the price you pay.

One of the waiters did little things way over the top in order to get a tip. Such as turning a glass so you can then pour a drink in it yourself. It made me feel very uncomfortable so I declined to give him a tip. The night after he 'forgot' to pass the order for the meal to the kitchen. I had to wait for 1,5 hour before the meal preparation even started. This is India of course, but I did not expect this because of the professionalism I experienced earlier.

Hi all highly recommended…..hotel for stay in Udaipur It’s a very nice property overall in respect of1. Locations- very close to city centre2. Facility- ultimate3. Staff- hospitality was out of the way4. Food - very delicious Everything was awesome and exceptional experience, especially for my kid with pool access.Also there restrooms for buffet in beside the pool on rooftop which was an amazing experience.They have arranged a candle light dinner on roof top restroom that was exceptional experience with outstanding service n breath taking view of the entire city at night.
