WIFI was considerably slow and could not complete simple tasks. Secondly the shower cabin door was not enclosed properly causing shower water to leak. Otherwise a brilliant hotel.

The Lake View.

First day during the breakfast we found a paper clip in the idli (Food) . Next day everyone (all 7) family members were sick with bad stomach that included 4 adults and 3 kids. The room we were given had the balcony just opposite to a garbage dump. I don't know why its rated 5 stars as there are bare minimum facilities and even those are barely functioning. And prices are sky high as if it were a real 5 star hotel. Stay away as there is no reason to be here.

Best location in Udaipur. From pool u can see lake and mountain. Perfect view for relaxation. u can spend whole day at the pool for that view .

Fantastic location . Nice breakfast and ambience with the lake is lovely . Decent rooms , not too spacious but comfortable .

Washrooms in the lobby aren’t cleaned which is a let down in Hotel of this category. Pool is nice but too small . Toiletries in our rooms weren’t kept which is a miss by the housekeeping staff .

Very rude staff & Very poor cleanliness. Toiletries including toothbrush not provided. Mosquitos as soon as I checked into the room, when i told the staff she said she’ll send a mosquito repellent coil/ diffuser but didn’t send any. Wi-Fi wasn’t working when asked about the same the receptionist was quite rude said that it keeps happening. Quite poor management for “5 star” property.

Fantastic and very serene location on the lake. Views from the room were amazing. The rooftop restaurant was awesome and again with great views, the staff looked after us really well when we visited for dinner. Food was also extremely tasty. Breakfast spread was very good with lots of options .

Staff at breakfast were okay, some were great however this is an area that can definitely be improved. They can be more pro active and come forward to explain the different stations when they take the room number. the buffet I is also located in a bit of a hidden spot so it took us a while to figure things out. They could also discuss and resolve their issues and differences in a lower voice without the guests over hearing. .

The only good thing about this hotel is the Location. Excellent location right by the Fatehsagar lake.

The hotel feels quite outdated and requires significant maintenance. The staff appears exhausted and lacks enthusiasm for service. The front desk provides standard lip service but isn’t even available at all times. While staff members are seen wandering around, nothing actually gets done. The rooms are also quite dated. I had one of the worst stays at this hotel. There was a scheduled water outage during the day, but it was never properly completed. While unexpected issues can arise, the hotel management should have handled this major water outage in a more transparent and efficient manner. My room had no water, and despite multiple calls, the staff showed no willingness to relocate me. It was only after persistent efforts on my part that they finally changed my room—at midnight. I typically don’t write negative reviews, but I lost so much patience and work that I feel obligated to warn future guests. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Rooms and bathrooms are not cleans. Floor needs to be clean. Bathrooms are full of lime scale.

Nice hotel, nice staff, and good food. It is a very nice place with great views, but in terms of quality it is more a 4-star hotel than a 5-star (which is actually fine for me).

There were many event close to the swimming pool and that did not allow us to really chill and relax the whole time...

The property has water issues. We see black sediments in the water. I have pictures to support.
