The hotel is wonderful with an elegant and exclusive decor.The rooms are spacious and very clean.The staff are polite and professional, especially the receptionist Mr. Rakesh.I highly recommend staying here.

"उँची दुकान फीका पकवान"A fake 4star hotel. It is nothing less than an 'highly over priced Lodge'.The ONLY good thing about the place is the hotel staff that helps to hide all its imperfections...I booked this hotel from booking.com - 1 family room and 1 executive room for 3 days. To begin with; the hotel is newly renovated hence the look is good BUT ONLY INSIDE. That's why you will not find any images of the exterior of the hotel as IT HAS NO EXTERIOR.•We reached the hotel at 9:30 PM but I called the given number 070234 84239 on my way BUT NOONE RESPONDED. I got a text saying... whatsapp on the given no. I have attached my chat for proof - the no. said that the restaurant is open 24 hours but as we reached, we were told that the kitchen is shut at 11 PM.•We came via 2 cars but there was NO PARKING SPACE around the hotel and the location is just opposite Central Bus Stop and behind is a taxi stand so you never find space for your car ever!•The manager insisted that we pay all the amount in advance (TOTAL 32000 for 2 rooms) - half was already paid so we had to pay half even before our rooms were shown to us. This amount DOES NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST even!•The next day we got up and found out that there was NO HOT WATER in both bathrooms. Calling upon the manager we were told that it will take 10-15 minutes to repair so we waited, but after 1 and a half hour we were given buckets of hot water to take a bath after 2 hours of waiting for hot water. After complaining to the manager, he assured us that he will get it repaired. The same was repeated on the second day. Later, we came to know that the boiler gets finished by 9 am. On the day of check out we got up @ 6 am and that was the only day we got hot water.•We cleared the bills a night before as we had to leave early BUT the man at reception gave us BILLS ON A YELLOW PAPER and charged us with GST too! The name on the bill is also of a lodge.

The hotel should not rate itself as 4 star and charge so much! The facilities shall be upto the mark atleast. After all this I expected the manager to be apologetic and demand a refund but I was told upfront that as the hotel was booked via some other website he cannot help me with anything. Hence, I request booking.com to look into the matter and remove this over priced lodge from its list.

The corridors look good. The rooms are normal. Low cost food.

Service was bad. It did not even look like what is shown in photos.Rooms are small. Toilet smelled bad. Drainage block in bathroom.Unjustifiable room rents during season.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, we had arrived earlier than our check in time and they let us rest in the lounge area and gave us a room as soon as they could. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The bus stand and train station are very close, walkable distance. We were also allowed to stay in the lounge area after our checkout time as we had a late evening train. The staff were very helpful and took great care of our stay here.

We were allotted room 301, the door entrance and the eating area are right in front of each other blocked by only a few pots, so at times it felt like we didn't have much privacy.

Overall the hotel was good, it was in a nice place, hygiene has been maintained. The staff and the management was good, even we checked out, they allow us to keep our luggage and even to use their lounge.

The room service was little bit late, sometimes to order water we have to ask them more than 3 times. On the day of check out we asked them to provide us stuffs for kettle tea, but it didn't arrived, though it was not free

Convenient location.In our room we had a leaking tap. Admin moved us to another room prior to complain the next day - that was a nice and a proactive move from their side.

Please check the cups in your room before you use them. We had a broken cup (handle from the cup fell off when my friend picked it up from the table to make tea) and as a results we were asked to pay 200 Rupee for it at the check out. When I asked to verify this amount "200 Rupee???" They said "Ok, 150." Also, they asked us to pay twice - I paid, and half an hour later they asked our group lead to pay again as they told him " we are not sure whether she paid." I understand that this country is full of opportunists and everyone tries to get as much as possible from the tourists, whenever is possible, so just be mindful :)

The breakfast was delicious. The portion, quality of items served and taste all were just excellent. The staff were helpfull enough to assist us with that.

There was a time when the hotel staff entered our rooms in our absence without permission. although, nothing was missing from the room but it did leave us worried and concerned.The breakfast included in the price was average and half the items on the menu were not available.

Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Busy and noisy area, late night and early morning disturbance above roof of staffroom. Washroom door has no lock from outside and remains open. Smoking smell was there.

The walls are too thin and outside noises keep on bothering you. The service staircase door is creaky and loud, almost everyone in adjoining rooms were bothered by it. The staff at reception is not friendly. Also, while booking the website doesn’t ask for prebooking amount but immediately hotel started sending mails to pay half the amount in advance. On arrival you have to pay the other half.

The staff were very friendly and the place was hygienic and food was healthy and tasty, they allowed early check in too

location was a bit dodgy, was quite far from centre, had some issues w booking (even though Booking has my card for guarantee, hotel wanted a pre payment after booking was confirmed via an unknown link, but this was an issue between hotel and Booking, called owner and he said was OK to arrange in hotel (booking did little to resolve this) Hotel didn't accept major cards so that proved also a challenge, mostly a hotel for domestic travellers it seems

Location, room was new and clean.

Ordered a room with a view, got one with no window so we had to ask for one (sorted immefiately). No credit card accepted but that also was eventually sorted.

Very well located in Udaipur. Very well maintained property with well mannered and well spoken Staff. Rooms were very clean with bathroom and washroom. Nice property.
