Infinia Stays - A Boutique Hotel

It was worst stay ever in this hotel no facilities provided in any of the rooms Asked extra money as well Zero service

Swimming-pool, restaurant, nice view.

Location is really good. Family room was spacious.

Elevator was not working. Swimming pool has lot other clorine. Staff used to play really loud music every night, which is quite strange. Bottled water which they provide is not good quality. Bathroom shower should be changed immediately.

Rooms were beautiful. I loved the decor and style. Location was prime and the view from room was calm. Staff was extremely courteous and respectful.

Property seemed incomplete. Charging points were up in the air implying they mean to have some furniture in future. Shower wasn't working and there were no shower curtains, wetting the entire bathroom frequently. These small things could have significantly improved the experience.

New construction

Isolated property, location was not good, road was dead end, not approachable, rooms were very small, lack of staff, facilities inadequate.

Disappointing

My entire floor smelled of smoking. The delivery personnel like Zomato/ swiggy have access to till the rooms of the hotel. So it was very unsafe. I stayed two nights on both occasions There was a repair and maintenance sound and disturbance.

It was a fantastic stay with super comfortable and clean rooms. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. It's great value for money, especially considering its prime city centre location. Perfect for both business and leisure travellers! Highly recommended.

Food Hygiene Comfort

My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The combination of stunning views, a pristine rooftop pool, and rooms featuring balconies made it an exceptional experience. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's prime location was the cherry on top. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Bed was comfortable.Kitchen staff were awesome.Manager responded when we needed something fixed.Very clean.

Head to move rooms because WiFi didn't work in room 203.They could not arrange a taxi for us when we left.

Nice ambiance, warm and cordial staff and good food made it a pleasant stay.

Quality of the rooms, service, responsiveness of the staff, they helped get me medicines within 10 mins. View from the property. Overall very comfortable stay
