Great location, lovely staff, great rooftop view, nice breakfast

Nothing much, for this class of hotel it's as expected

Everything was lovely during our stay from the hotel staff, to our lovely, beautiful triple room on the second floor with an amazing view of the lake and the old city .The roof terrace was lovely and the food was very good as well! We had lovely Ayurvedic massages with a very professional gentleman who was lovely .

It has excellent location. Insist on a room with the Lake View. The room was very good with all amenities provided. It had adequate ventilation and the staff were professional and ready to help.The Roof top restaurant gives a good view of the Lake.

The location is really great. close to lake pichola, city palace and old city.The atmosphere of the haveli is really nice, the rooms are clean and the place is peaceful.Totally recommend it. This was my second time in the place.

I loved the hotel, the rooftop view was amazing, the staff was so kind and the place is full of small details. The monkeys in the trees were the cherish on the cake!

Service and checkin experience, there is no info about how to navigate to the hotel, this is important as taxi cannot come all the way into the hotel.

Initial arrival and allocation of our room not what we booked, a lakeside view. We were allocated a room at the side with no view. Not sorted out until the next day and had to move room.

Location, food and views. I read a lot of reviews about the mattress, water but honestly I didn’t find any issues anywhere. I slept well, food was good and the staff was amazing.

Amazing stay! Beautiful old property filled with antiques, bowels of fresh flowers and excellent views. It’s got that fabulous trapped in time feeling which is what I look for in a Haveli stay. The location is great, right in the old town and on the lake but a quiet peaceful haven. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional with out being to over baring that we have experienced in some of our stays this trip. We had brilliant massages whilst there and I really recommend them, traditional Ayurvedic massage and really worth it and good value. I will definitely be back next year!

The bed was a little on the hard side but not much of an issue. The Wi-Fi connection isn’t great, but neither of these things were a problem.

Position of hotel, perfectly placed for sunset views and access to city sights. Decoration in the haveli. The description says double bed and single bed in room. But the single bed was the window cushion.... We changed rooms to a twin with window cushion but the description is incorrect. The single is not an actual bed!

Cold water in the pool, couldn't get into the water! General mess about, plates left at tables for long periods. Beds hard but this is typical of India, only one pillow on the bed. Beautiful terrace but nothing happening up there, even on a Saturday night.

Clean, comfortable well appointed rooms with lots of windows that open for airing the room and views of the lake. Lovely antique furnishings. Has a lift for access. Great big car park, and nice lawn out front

It located near to lake pichola, provides amazing view of lake pichola, city palace and old city from its rooftop restaurant. Even from the room we have lake view. Staff is very professional. Overall, I had an amazing stay. Will comeback definitely.

Superb location - convenient walking to all major sights but on the quieter side of the lake. Fabulous rooftop for the sunset drinks and views. Traditional building with decoration and style in keeping with the age and character of the property.

Unfortunately at the time of year we were visiting (December), although the weather was perfect, there is no sun on the pool and surrounding terrace, which I am sure are lovely at a different time of year.

No minibar. No fireplace as promised. Even no balcony. Some drawers are working and some are not in working condition.
