Staff were friendly n helpful. Beds were comfy. Good bathroom /shower. Kettle. Easy walk/Rickshaw to the Temples/ Palace/ Ghats n Bars.

Cash only, doesn't accept cards and my UPI app didn't work after multiple attempts. The manager did deduct the 4% charge of getting cash through my Credit Card off my bill. Fridge in room would've been good.Food n Bar is run by the Grapevine. Bar is massively overpriced and the food wasn't all that.

we got a room with open windows, but no door handles. At the reception desk we were told that due to unpleasant odors the room had been aired for a week. Moreover, everything in the room was dirty with paint, torn bedding and dirty. The smell was very bad. The hotel corridor was full of dirty clothes. plates. Generally, terrible mess in the entire hotel. Additionally, no one in the hotel speaks English. A hotel employee calls the owner and hands over the headphones. There is no heating, it is very cold. I definitely do not recommend it!!!

I didn’t like that in booking it said they accept credit cards and then they force me pay cash. Also they keep calling after I was already in bed and telling me to come pay for my stay saying that they willNot have anyone available to check me out in the morning

Location was good.

Rooms are average. Washroom taps are broken shower not working. Used products like shower gel and body lotion are kept. Towels are not clean.

The staff was good, and the location was in a quiet neighborhood. These were the only good things about this hotel

The rooms were extremely unclean. The bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom was unhygienic. It felt disgusting using the towels provided as they seemed used and unclean. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

It was clean, comfortable and perfect amenities for such a great price! They even let us keep our bags while we spent the day exploring Udaipur!

Worst experience in this hotel

After my checkout First they removed my stay on booking.com that is illegal and The staff was unexperienced, worst room, no cleaning, leakage in washroom after complaining they ignored , highest rates

The Bathroom stink and was too much dirty with stains all over walls and floor.Bedroom walls were dirty with stains.Swimming pool water was so dirty that it looked grey with dead mosquito swimming. Breakfast included has no options - I was served puri, Poha(made without peanuts and other condiments), only white bread and butter (no brown bread) and banana. They denied dental kit, I had to pay seperate for toothpaste. Room didn't had fridge. I only stayed because I had paid them in advance and there was no option of cancelling same. Staff wasn't helpful, the food and drinks are as costly as 4-5 star hotel with amenities like a lodge. Will never going to book or recommend anyone to book hotel from Booking.com, because when I was suffering all of this Booking.com neither provide any kind of help not even bothered to listen to my grievances...

It's a well cleaned,nice and affordable hotel..I really like the roof top swimming pool .The hotel is easily accessible by all medians and nearest to all attractions.

Not worth the money.

the linen was dirty. used water bottle not cleared. Door locks didnt work properly. The walls are dirty and needs to be painted. corridors are dirty. TV didnt work

There was no proper treatment given . Inspite of booking for 4 adults . The illiterate receptionist said that the mail is showing only single adult per room and charged extra money of 800+ . The rooms were unhygienic, I saw cockroachs running in Bathroom and room table , the shower were broken and water was spilling all over the bathroom mirror ,And moreover inspite of charging more for these unhygienic room . They even ask to pay me post breakfast . So please look into this matter seriously and give me a good refund or credit coupon . Thank you in advance .

the location was central and the rooftop restaurant has a lovely view and good food. room was spacious and clean.

the room was not a quiet room. one night, there was a huge party going on with some other guests and went on till 3am in the morning. it was so loud and the hotel staff didnt do anything about it. on the day i checked in, i had slept when someone kept knocking on my door and ringing my door bell. when i complained to the hotel they said noone was knocking. later i realized the guy i contacted had looked at the security camera but was looking at the wrong room. not my room.

The location was really good and the staff was also helpful. We requested for an early check in and they accommodated our request as well.

Not happy with the room at all. It seemed like the ceiling was full of mold. That was the first thing you notice and it's not very pleasant. Breakfast was simple with not too many options but the food was tasty

Super clean nice hotel, fantastic staff. I was amazed at the restaurant grapevine, its view, great hospitality and unique food ideas. Mr Raunak was super pleasant, helpful and amazing host. It was a great experience to stay in that hotel and dine at the restaurant ? ? ?.

Breakfast and food was good. Service staff in restraunt was courteous.

Room facilities and pics projected on site dont match with actual.Room supposed to be alloted was with King/Queen BED for couple with mountain view and sofa. No room with such description at the hotel. Had to settle for room with two seperate beds. Not worth for Price charged for and other portals offer lesser price as room descriptions are deceptive. Bathroom door didnot close when not in use.Staff statement that he is not familiar with what is posted on site was shocking.No transfer facilities as indicated either.

If you travelling to the udaipur its good hotel with budget also the rooms are well designed and comfortable location is good buy walk or tuk tuk you can have access for the city palace and market

Location is quite convenient.

Rooms are average in cleaning.....B2 room is very stinky. Bed linen is old and very uncomfortable over all hotel was found cleaned but unfortunately our room was stinky. Breakfast options are very limited.... Getting repeated every alternate day.
