is not even 3 star hotel room they show me, it was terrible breakfast was not good the money I paid was not worthy (to much) the stuff say yes, yes and they did nothing

They have a fantastic location and some lovely areas in the terraces but the staff and cleanliness and efficiency is all terrible .. would. not recommend it to anyone

terrible service and no courtesy whole talking to guest .. when you call and ask them if we can get the car to the hotel they say you can and since we knew we can't from a prior experience then they say that they are the booking staff and we should contact the reception and find that out .. it's crazy .. when you ask them to put an extra bed the first thing they ask is to pay money .. normally they just tell you the charges and you can always pay on check out . buy no . they want you to pay right away.. and the service in baro maasi is just super terrible .. we got all the wrong orders and took bell of a time and then they sent us a bill on. the middle of the night and wanted us to pay right away instead of check out time like it is normally done .. the room towels are dirty and no proper hot water supply ... great location and they have wasted it

My senior citizens parents were on a holiday to Udaipur. I booked Udai Kothi and requested Mr. Anwar & Mr. Shailesh to make their stay comfortable and they did so perfectly ! My parents had an absolutely amazing experience at the property. To begin with, they were offered a room on the ground floor that enabled easy entry and exit. Thanks for that ! The entire staff was courteous, attentive and efficient. The restaurant served delicious meals with superb service thanks to Chhttar Singh ji and Abhimanyu Sisodiya and their entire team. The daily dinner on the terrace turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. The service of the staff combined with beautiful property's location made it a wonderful experience for my parents. Sincere thanks to everyone who made their trip memorable. Keep it up !

The breakfast was underwhelming There was no proper coffee and the staff said they asked many times for the coffee machine to be fixed There was only ONE small roll of toilet paper and NO tissues

1. Rude Staff2. Nothing works. Heater they provided did not work. We did not have water supply for half a day. Coffee machines did not work3. All requests for luggage pickup, towels, etc took 2 hours4. Rooms are not clean enough and tbere is lealage everywhere. 5. Owner is very rude

Poor wifi.No instructions on TV use. It seems only Indian movies or tv available.

The location- close to lake , though that had its pitfall as wall. There’s no direct connectivity with the main road - you are left at the mercy of the hotel tuktuk to take you places and charge extra

Horrible experience—The hotel gave us one of the worst experiences we have ever had, the hotel staff management were extremely unprofessional on all the levels we experienced. They kept strolling us on the readiness of the rooms we booked and made us wait for 3 hours, the front desk manager was perpetually on his mobile phone make person deals and offering discounts rather than addressing the concerns of guest waiting at reception. The floor manager was no different who did not mind the upset guests rather ignored the opportunity to mend.. the breakfast staff were rude, unhelpful and had no intention to be nice to guest, we are asked to wait even before placing an order for eggs and when requested if our eggs can be bought to the table , they said “No”. Requesting a simple turn on switch made us call 4 times to housekeeping and we had to take our luggage while checking out and hotel staff did not even offer to help.. The “suit” is incorrectly hyped and not a good room and adding that to the lack of service if was definitely a waste of money.It was a nightmare experience and we just wanted the day to end as soon we had gotten into the hotel, spoiling the holiday spirit we had .. The hotel management needs a definite revamp or the start to be dropped and be tagged as budget hotel..

Located close to the lake and the palace .

Unsafe interiors, passages, stairs and lift- practically a life hazard. I m sure if the property is examined for safety it will fail all standards . The lift is outdated and doesn’t support a yearly maintenance . The staircases are narrow and have tripping hazard . The pool was dirty - had green moss on the base . Things were broken . Looks like a glorified scrap dealer house

Location next to Ambrai Ghat , overlooking Lake Pichola and a good looking entrance , lobby area are the only things working for the property. Rest of the experience is disappointing.

This was our 2nd time stay and we were totally disappointed with the staff at the front desk who are not at all trained to do even the most basic customer friendly activities. The breakfast is extremely bad with the very few dishes and that too mostly repeated daily. For a hotel charging so high and calling itself boutique they don’t even serve any muffins , or such cakes . Taxis are not allowed in the lane so you are forced to get dropped off around a km away and the Hotel doesn’t even have a basic arrangement to get the guests to the hotel . Firstly the hotel should clearly inform guests of this issue and then keep enough auto rickshaws to get them picked from the drop off location, but can’t expect guest to call multiple times and be told that the auto rickshaws is now not available. Even for the check out though we informed the night before , the guy at the desk in the morning wasn’t informed by the previous person and we again had to make multiple requests to be dropped off by their auto rickshaw. Very poorly organised. The property is fast losing its advantages and with age catching up if they don’t get their act together to maintain the exterior, or the room interior or get the staff to truly help customers with small things , then it’s an utter waste .

The property location is very good

Basic amenities were absent like blow dryer and iron in the room, room was not cleaned without asking, and even after requesting toiletries were not changed. No interaction with the guests by the staff and no warmth in hosting

The location is good but the services is very poor they don’t have maintain there rooms as shown in pictures. They don’t have dental kits in their rooms they don’t have proper bed sheets the ac won’t work here. It’s just an hype of udai kothi but not as good it’s so I upon you just don’t go on looks…?‍♂️?

They don’t have any value for their guests. So I req you do not stay here plzzz don’t look for Udai Kothi rather you make look some other properties near buy

The location was good, but there were narrow roads to be in the destination.

It was over crowded and less hygienic. Over rated and over priced.

The rooms were nice and traditional.

The staff had limited knowledge about the hotel. When you ask they always say we need to ask the owner.. The owner came in one of the days and with a very cold attitude and doesn't greet you or anything. Sad to see a nice place having a rude owner like her.

There was no power on 1 of the 2 days we stayed there. The restaurant employee kept saying for any thing that we ordered and when we asked for the same item from different person, the same employee would bring the item. Very unprofessional restaurant staff.

Fantastic looking hotel in the old part of town. With all the old decor and a touch of the new. Beautiful pools on the top. With a roof top bar that gives your 360 views of the city at sunset
