The location was prime touristy place with great view to lake and walking distance to lake and markets. Felt very safe.

No hot water. Creepy doors that show movement from outside and inside.

Very beautiful location near by prime location gangaur ghat and Mr. Harish in the staff is very nice and coperative person.. must visit..

The location was perfect, in the old city center, in a quiet street, with a view on the lake. Worth to mention that during the peak season there are barricades and therefore your taxi won't be able to make it up to the hotel. we opted to walk from the drop point (Chandpol parking) and it was a 5 minutes walk.The staff was very nice and the hotel helped us arrange our drive back to the airport.

We stayed there for a quiet dinner on December 31st, but one of their cooks was off and therefore half of the menu was not available. We would have loved to be advised of that when we mention having dinner there ont hat evening.

Nothing . The hotel canceled my first reservation saying that the hotel was under construction. PUER LIE .. after they canceled , I rebooked it just a doble price charged .

Everything was very bad . No hot water when the temperature outside was very cold . The worse breakfast I ever experienced. The bathroom was dirty and had several mold spots . No toilet paper until we had to order it .

The location was awesome and fun to stay at. All the location were nearby. The people working at the hotel were good and accommodated to every need. Would love to try the lake view room next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The interior of the hotel were really beautiful

Perfect location in the heart of the city. The view from the rooftop exceptional, you could not wish for better location. Clean and comfortable bed, we had the best night’s sleep on our travels in India. Very good value for money.

We were missing a wardrobe or some hangers to put the clothes.

Great located hotel with very nice rooms. The staff its very helpful. Really nice breakfast. Its in the most touristic area of Udaipur, all the most interesting places are just few minutes walking.

Really good stay, amazing location and value. Can't go wrong for the price we paid! Rooftop was great. Staff don't speak a lot of English but are helpful enough. Overall, this is a good place and the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. I recommend.

Cable TV didn’t work and the passage to the hotel is narrow.

The rooms on the lower floors are dark and humid! No curtains on the door and the window that gives on the internal patio so lots of light in the night (it could be easily fixed with a simple curtain) : hopefully we had yoga mats that we could somehow frame in the door with the use of our luggages…

Very nice place, good position and staff, the room was clean and big, the bed confortable and the position was perfect, in the heart of old town but far from noise. Good choice of breakfast.Very special thanks to the hotel's manager who called and waited for us in the middle of the night, We were on late due to a bus stike and he was very kind to made us relaxed

Lovely light and spacious bedroom overlooking lake and palace . Very close to everything.

The bathroom was a bit smelly -just a clean shower curtain would help but could really do with an upgrade.

We weren’t told we needed to ask for hot water, so just thought it wasn’t working - and so had cold showers, plumbing needed fixing as it dripped constantly. Could do with an extra pillow but one seems standard in many places.

The hotel has no proper service The staff was not responding properly and the worst service ever seen in my life. What ever we need to order they are telling us we don't provide the service you need to go outside and buy the things

The staff proved to be very kind. They made us choose between three lake view rooms, we chose a spectacular one at the same price. Highly recommended for couples looking for romance but also for families. The location is the best of what you can have, in the center of the city and everything there is to see reachable on foot. The rooftop is directly on the lake with a beautiful view. In general, cleaning is good and the service efficient.

The only negative is not to pay with credit card and better more hot water for shower.

Breakfast was great, having it at the rooftop with lake pichola views was amazing. The area was great for sightseeing and the room / toilet was very clean upon arrival. Room was spacious. In general it was a very comfortable stay and we really liked staying here.

Personal opinion but the bed was "too firm"/hard. The second bed on the room was too narrow and no blanket was provided (we simply skipped it and decided to not use it so we didn't ask). We only had hot water on the first day later on it was cold showers. room is a little outdated but comfortable.
