Property Ambience, Facilities, Restaurant staff exceptional service

Not all activities were free, no one gave us a walkthrough of the property or they provided any information (even after asking ) what is included free of charge, early check in was not provided understand that wedding season but staff gave us our luggage after more than 2 hour of check in and after that i personally had to go and pick it up by myself as they were so busy. This delayed our sightseeing and turned into a wasted day.

Please make available option for UPI payment when will book through third party(like booking.com, agoda.com, makemytrip or any other).Caz if we pay through credit card then need to do other payment procedure at resort, its like a tedious and time taking procedure.

Beautiful place with almost a palace replica. We were upgraded to a Villa. Had entertainment during late evening with folk dancing which we enjoyed. Staff was nice but they were doing more than once a day interruption for cleaning/ house keeping which was unusual. Food has let them down. Not many options and poor presentation.

Staff was great. The hotel is fort style and expansive.

Water was salty, messed up hair and skin texture. We had booked rooms with balcony which we didn’t get. They upgraded 2 of our rooms to compensate probably but we had absolutely no view. Felt cheated that way. The hotel only had instant coffee everywhere. It’s shocking that a 5 star hotel serves instant coffee at all.

The property is very beautiful and photographic.

It is very old and coming apart in places. I spotted some insects. The bathtub was damaged in one room, the shower area had visible calc deposits and we experienced power outage also!

Chef and server were extremely hospitable and professional. Loved our meals.Liked our villa. It was quiet, private and peaceful.Location and ambience was amazing.

I expecred more activities and things to do. It was pretty basic in that aspect. However it was still fun.

Large property with lot of walking area. Staff was really good and eager to resolve issues once raised.

Needs a lot of upkeep. My pillow covers were dirty, bathroom was clogged, balcony door was missing socket etc. Overall I don’t think it got the value that I should have after paying one fifty dollars a night (as was asked to buy a bigger room to accommodate 3 adults and a kid)

Food. Service. Location. Hospitality. Everything was perfect. Traveled with my 1 year baby, and everything was worth it. Courteous staff and excellent service.

Great Hospitality and Service by all the staff. Breakfast buffet was good and room service was great.

We booked the property for two days, with an official check-in time of 2:00 PM. We arrived at 1:45 PM and completed the formalities, which took about 10-15 minutes. However, we were informed that our room was not ready and were asked to wait for 15-20 minutes. Finally, we received the room key around 2:20 or 2:25 PM.Upon entering, we noticed that the bidet in the washroom was leaking because it was broken. We reported this to the housekeeping manager, who arrived with a technician. They inspected the issue and asked us to wait while they fixed it. Additionally, we found litter in the room, which was only removed after we raised a complaint. The entire process took approximately 30-40 minutes.After everything was resolved, we got ready and went for lunch, only to find that lunch hours had ended. We informed the kitchen staff about the delays we had faced, mentioning that, if not for these issues, we would have arrived at least 30 minutes earlier.The next morning, while having breakfast, I noticed a cockroach on the stack of plates.Perhaps this was a rare scenario, as this is the first time we’ve had such a bad experience, but I just wanted to share our experience, that’s all.

The chef and his staff were good, and the ambiance was wonderful.

The food could have been better, and we thought it left much to be desired from the class of Wyndham.

Property overall was very good, big spacious rooms. View from the room was very breathtaking, entire city in a glance, even restaurant has good view of the mountains. Very nice and comfortable stay.Bathroom was stinking a bit but we kept window open so that solved the issue. Swimming pool was nice and we enjoyed it with our baby alot.Staff were very nice and helpful, their service was very good.When they came to know, it was our son's 1st bday, chef arranged for a special pastry cake and then one more cake cutting in the evening. Both the cakes were very delicious and were complimentary.

Breakfast was little cold, bathrooms stink a bit. No steam or sauna available on the property.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience we had during our recent stay at the Ramada Udaipur. Based on Ramada's reputation, we had high expectations, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.We booked both Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms, but upon entering, it felt as though we had stepped into a budget lodge. The conditions were appalling—far below what we expected from a well-known hotel. Even rooms in a Dharamshala would have been better maintained. The rooms were filled with a damp, unpleasant odor, and the sofas, beds, and curtains looked and felt no better than those in roadside night shelters.Despite our protests, it took a significant amount of debating before we were moved to premium rooms and villas, which were a slight improvement. However, the dampness and moisture issues persisted, with peeling paint and wet walls everywhere. It was clear that the rooms were not in a condition suitable for any guest.As we arrived late at night and were denied a refund, we had no choice but to stay. However, I would not recommend the Ramada Udaipur to anyone based on this experience, despite its premium appearance from the outside.Please refer to the attached images for reference. I hope that the hotel takes immediate action to improve its facilities so that future guests do not have to endure such a disappointing stay.
