Staff, location was good and nice room

In bathroom no proper toiletries or facility showing on booking sight was not available.. Just like bathrobe and many other things

Location was good. Breakfast not included in the reservation.

Looks expensive not value for money. Reserve through booking.com not advisable at all. Amount charged for 2 nights is more than the agreed amount. When asked then told it is the tax amount. Not flexible for any change.

Calm and quite, lot of space , in the heart of the city with car parking

On weekdays no buffet breakfast which was not to our liking

Excellent location and the premises remind you of an era gone by. Very easy to get around and not too far from the airport either.The bits that we will remember however are the staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Narain, who is one of the servers at the restaurant, is helpful, friendly and pays attention to the small details. I hope the management team note this as he definitely has a knack for serving customers with a smile - even when things get busy! I also want to say thanks to Ankit at the front desk, who was always available to help out especially when we had some challenges with connectivity and also when we had a delayed flight…..his help made us all just a bit easier for us all. Thanks to both and the staff in general, who were welcoming and hospitable.

It is an older building and can do with some upgrades and freshening up. The location and charm of the building sometimes gets lost because the upkeep is probably not keeping up. WiFi challenges on a couple of days were resolved quickly so I suspect that’s not a permanent issue.

The luxurious ambience, services and utilities. The bar and the food (tried noodles and the breakfast)

Although, the bathroom is size very nice and big but the bedroom size could be a little better.

Dining room staff not interested in service. Had to literally beg to get served, with great reluctance order was taken. Bhagwant Singh literally took 15 mins searching for writing pad to take order. Breakfast was served 30 mins behind schedule and when it was finally served had barely enough for ten people. No replenishments came despite n waiting for 20 plus minutes. Eventually we decided to have breakfast outside for the entire duration of our stay despite paying for it as part of package. Non existent room service, no menu came to room despite calling multiple times over three hours. Strictly avoidable property.

nothing to be unliked but breakfast menu could be improved as they have only 4 or 5 dishes to offer. no juice or fruits in breakfast.

Cleanliness is good. Bathroom is spacious and clean.

Rooms are very small. The furniture occupies most of the space. Very much cramped.

Pretty old infrastructure....... dilapidated to an extend....

Staff are good and place so clean even it's raining they were cleaning.

Hot water at nights is an issue, u need to inform and they gave us twin bed room and it was not comfortable.

super courteous staff, clean rooms, amazing room service, loved their breakfast buffet! The hotel is at the best location - main tourist spots are nearby (some at walking distance only)

Property was good

Had dinner on the hotel insist , but food quality was bad it seems to be they served us stale food because every one in my family got sick after eating the food.not recommend food at garden hotel.

Very reasonably priced. Good food. Responsive staff. Relatively clean.

The tub could have been cleaner but overall we really liked it.

They need to change the food menu. I have been visiting them since 2009 but still the same food menu. Need to change with times & more items also needed in it.

Breakfast not included in my package.i like the garden theme of this hotel.i visited 2 year ago,in comparison to that stay ;this could be even better

There price of breakfast is higher

The location of property was good and centrally located, it was clean and good garden restaurant.

Our room was adjacent to kitchen and so there was lot of noise till late night, services were slow, staff is not that receptive to guests also room was not having proper ventilation.

Staff was courteous and food was delicious. Wifi connectivity and speed could have been better.

The place was highly priced for the kind of rooms, however hotel ambience was nice. Beds could have been better, they were two separate beds joined
