Hotel Vallabh with lake facing balcony

It?s in the slums, at night the homeless are out making fires outside. ?Lake facing room? in the name of the hotel, not the actual reality. A little trick they play.

Too far,no services,no lake facing

Clean and spacious rooms and bathroom with balcony view. The staff is extremely helpful in guiding you towards the location. Value for money and safe for married and unmarried couples.

Location wise it is in old Udaipur and initially seemed difficult to locate as it is inside a residential area. However, autos can easily help you reach the location.

Property was good but not as expected

It was clean, staff was polite and helpful,

The wifi was not working and there was stinking smell at balcony bcoz the lake was dirty, specially took the balcony view but it was disappointing the sitting area was damaged

We are from UK and recently stayed at this Very poor hotel and don’t be deceived at this arch facing picture and it looks like there fake reviews giving 10 from Netherland and Swiss customer .There is no access and drainage smell in front on hotel and we have park our car far away and take auto rickshaw

I liked the food in the hotel that was top notch , I really enjoyed to having my breakfast with lake facing view.

I booked Jaydurg hotel but you shifted another one so please posted the same pic in website and mention you have 2 hotel with same name.

The Hotel owner cancelled our per booking on the last minute of check-in time without prior information and valid reason.

Don’t waste your money

Very badly located inside a residential area. They don’t have a kitchen and will ask you to go to their parent hotel even for a cup of tea.

They show a roof top restaurant..on the website ,They have a sister concern ...hotel closeby the roof top restaurant is of tht hotel ...the tariff is outrageous for the room not worth it at all ..please don't book this hotel no matter what ....they will force you to have food from the hotel ..and the breakfast tht I ordered was really bad ..u reach the hotel I had a lovely riders else i won't have made it to the hotel ... zillions of narrow creapy lanes before you arrive .I am not exaggerating.trust me on tht.

Very bad location, inaccesible for taxi/uber.The room (specially the bathroom) was dirty and full of mosquitoes, plus I had to ask for a towel and toilet paper as the room didn’t have any of the two.CAREFUL: Very dishonest management, they asked to take a picture of my reservation email on booking and used the PIN code to write themselves a good review on the platform. I don’t know what else are they capable of.They also asked to pay in advance when on booking it was advertised otherwise.

We booked Deluxe room nd got confirmation but called hotel manager he simply denied for the room nd was eager to sell other room.. such pathetic service.. we dint get what we wanted..

The staff were always very helpful to acommodate to my requests. Both when I needed toilet paper, the electricity to be taken care of, a tuk tuk to take me somwhere... I also had a truly local experience, which meant that the surroundings of the hotel were very dirty (I know this has nothing to do with the hotel)

The room had issues with electricity (my phone charger burned), the toilet paper they gave me looked dirty and the room was not very clean (with spider webs by the ceiling).

The hotel room promised was unavailable, the room we booked with balcony and lake view was on the second floor, we were given the room on the ground floor which looked nothing like the picture and had an odd smell of algae from the lake.we booked the room for the lake view and it was unavailable, they had only 2 rooms on the first floor but we were charged for that but not provided. Had to stay because had no space to go late at night and we were really tired!

Only e rikshaw facility was good

Staff was rude . We asked for early check in just before 1.5 hour and room was available still they asked for heavy charges and they were not polite about it. Another manager arrives who gave us the room which was completely different what I booked. . View and gallery was completely all together different and the cost of that room was way too low what I paid specially for lake view. They manipulated us and when we asked the staff to give us the room what we booked . They rudely denied and said " we won't change it" it took so much energy and time to convince them to give us room which we booked. It completely ruined my experience of udaipur trip.it was mess and horrible experience. I won't recommend anyone to stay there.
