The hotel is in the right location not far from the main sight seeing places, the break fast is OK but the food was amazing and delicious must try their cream of mushroom and chicken with Lal mass.. The staff is very helpful

The staff at this hotel is not very welcoming. We got a very cold reception. Also the location is not that great. It is slightly outside the city limits.

This is a new hotel. All facilities were in perfect condition. The dinners cooked in the hotel restaurant were so delicious, so we have all our meals inside this hotel. We wished we could stay longer to try more dishes. All staffs were friendly and helpful. especially the restaurant manager who helped me to choose good dishes that were not that spicy. I wished I could eat more spicy food, so I could try more traditional Indian cuisine. Their breakfast was good too, plenty of choices. Overall a pleasant stay after a long trip.

The room is very modern and spacious. The shower is large with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was nice with a mixture of options. Omelette and toast is available to order should you prefer a western option.

The small handheld shower was very poor and needs replacing.The images of the rooftop bar were quite deceiving, presenting a busy lively rooftop area. The roof area is very quiet with no obvious activity, although we were offered to have dinner there should we have wanted.

1. The staff. I booked the property through booking.com which clearly stated that no pre-payment is required. however, one week before the check in, I started receiving frequent messages from the hotel to make the 100% payment in advance else the booking will not be confirmed. even on the day of checking-in after making the complete payment, I got a message on my personal number asking for payment. it was like harassment.

Cleanliness, newly built property. Rooms were really good. Very neat ,spacious. Bathrooms and sanitary fittings were good.

Staff behaviour atrocious, desk staff is extremely impolite.Mannerisms is absolutely zero. Never attend calls. There normal speaking volume is so high that they don't need any loudspeaker. Actually speaking, hotel has just hired illiterate staff from interiors of villages ,make them wear sarees to give corporate looks. But has not taught them speaking skills.Food is very bad. NEVER GO FOR BREAKFAST BUFFET.They keep boiled eggs, left out from previous day breakfast in next day breakfast. U can make out , boiled eggs were very hard, because of repeated heating process.Swimming pool not cleaned properly.Most negative part is untrained staff, actually it is like ROAD SIDE DHABA STAFF WITH NICE ROOMS

Cancelling our booking because of non payment. They blamed booking.com for not following their policy. Lots of to-ing and fro-ing. Eventually called booking.com - no phone details on app! Google it.Terrible wi.fi. I could walk quicker. Despite several attempts to sort it, nothing was done over 3 days. Previous reviews have pointed this out so my advice - treat hotel as having no Wi-Fi.

Nothing much to say about any dislikes.. Fully satisfied accept some small complaints like TV channels were off for sometime. Later resolved after having word with reception.

We loved staying at this hotel for a couple of nights. The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff are brilliant. We were looked after by Shambhu Dilip Singh, who helped with laundry and kept our room nice and clean. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nice and clean hotel with good staff. Rooms were nice but Deluxe room was small. Delicious food served by restaurant. Location was good at 10 min drive from railway station and with lot of parking space, public transport available outside. All facilities provided in room and washroom.

Hotel is new so need some improvements in process. AC did not work for one night and no one was available to help untill next morning. Swimming pool is relatively deep up to 5 feet without any instructions which is dangerous. Security guard should be available near swimming pool.
