Cleanness and friendly service

No safety guard rail at the rooftop pool There is no supervision for the cleaning people. The standing bathroom need a non slippery mat. The dinner should start after six.

Ambience was awesome with superb view and the breakfast was delicious.. Much recommended.

Location was much better to cover the places

Sometimes you have to repeat the order on breakfast table starting was much better the day I extended more 2 days their behaviour was getting very bad in breakfast table I am saying otherwise overall hotel staff was good room service and everything

Google map shows close but not exact location. So be a little cautious when close. Parking is covered and also open , closed is adjacent building.

Don’t have facility for someone travelling in car to have car cleaned. This is a very valuable facility if hotel provides.

Breakfast although had lot of options but quality of food was not at mark according to the 4 star propertyBreads were hard, Idlis were hard, Hot milk and water not kept in time.Apart from that my room 407 washroom had a very foul smell coming out from sink which really made us feel discomforting

The hotel is really great, we were greeted warmly by the staff and they even upgraded our deluxe room to a suite in the 11th floor. Amazing view from the room and extremely clean with all amenities. There is also a pool on the rooftop where you can enjoy a coffee with city view. Great meals as well throughout the day. Overall, very happy with my stay.

Found some ordered food from the menu a bit expensive, but otherwise all good

The Hotel property and the facilities are good

The staff took time to give us the packed breakfast in spite of telling them twice in advance as we had a early morning flight at 0830 and then we were late due this by 20 mins to the airport . The staff did tell us by 6 they will be ready but then we got the food only by 0620

Breakfast was quite good....in room food menu was bit expensive....but had good options tto try....

Its overcrowded..and people make too much noise at midnight...so for a night we had problem falling asleep...

Gr3at food, staff and accommodation

The restaurant can have a bit of a wait during peak times with the staff being very courteous while trying to help, the managers doe get frazzled by the influx. Perhaps they can manage this bit a little better.

Amazing infinity swimming pool at roof top. Nice breakfast with variety. Good room and bathroom size. Now car parking available, in a shed made on a nearby plot

The check-in took less than 10 minutes. The hotel and the room itself was quite clean. Exceptional service by the staff. The breakfast buffet was of quality and a variety of cuisines was offered.

The food at dinner was not up to our taste but the chef took out time to take our feedback and the breakfast was quite good.

Breakfast was good but location is too far from the city which is the only beauty of city. It’s better to stay near by hotel to lake Pichola else you will ending up spending money on cabs/taxis

the manager and staff and the restaurant were very unprofessional.

It’s a four star property slightly away from the centre of the city which makes it peaceful. Staff is very courteous and in the end it is value for money .

In room dining is expensive.

The rooms were very clean, so were the bed linens. The front desk was very receptive. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Mr Nil Kant in the F & B section was exceptional. He has the experience to comfort his guests with his approach. Over all a very good experience.

The outlets in the bathroom was blocked and had a bad stink. Needs immediate attention.

The staff was exceptionally service oriented. Special mention to Mr. Neel at the restaurant Nova for his professionalism.

Having the room next to the elevators was a bit annoying as the walls are thin and it gets quite loud when people talk out by the hallways. Heard people burping loudly while we were sleeping.

It’s not that centrally located. Was not a problem for us as we had our own vehicle.
