Rooms are in terrible condition things are following apart and service is poor. Not recommend after couple stays.

Breakfast service. Staff was exceptionally good

The best thing about the property is surrounded by lots of trees close to nature .

The rooms were not clean properly, the key for the room was not working . Lot of amenities were missing. Breakfast was kind of okay .

The place is big and nice but the staff cant accommodate larger crowds.

The breakfast buffet is like a middle class wedding. Staff is clueless, tbh doesnt feel like a 5 star resort.

Miscommunication at Front desk, pls maintain one register and note down mssg & Hanover to morning staff with signature to communicate with senior.Do some evening cultural program to engage clients to make them feel good & relaxDo some magical decoration at sunset point area or terrace for photography mainly for couples Cart drivers should be trained in CPR & keep first aid box in cart for any emergency Whenever carts are moving at curves, *horn* should be compulsory because life in more than noise.Some free refreshment is very much need at sunset point Make one natural lagoon and beautiful selfie point" I LOVE ANANTA" Udaipur

Property is huge. They have good food, awesome infinity pool. Special treatments for babies and old age people.

Food is super cool but prices are unrealistic for the buffet as well as the a-la-cart.Staff needs more training in hospitality. They were nice though but still not meeting 5 star standards.

The golf cart facilities were good but they didn’t arrive to the room whenever we called we even waited for half an hour for that

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Ananta, helped by friendly staff and a wide range of facilities to make use of. A particular highlight is the infinity pool, offering amazing views into the valley and a well stocked bar nearby. The staff went out of their way multiple times to assure we were catered for and I would happily stay here again.

The location was exceptional, and the property was impeccably maintained, exuding elegance and sophistication.

We opted for a luxury cottage with a pool view, expecting a peaceful and relaxing stay. However, our experience was slightly disrupted when loud music started playing near the pool area as early as 8 AM while we were still sleeping. Resorts are meant to offer tranquility, and this was rather inconvenient.Additionally, while it didn’t personally affect me much, I did notice that some of the staff seemed quite confused during our check-in. Perhaps it was due to a busy environment, but their demeanor felt rather cold and indifferent. That being said, I cannot speak for the experiences of others.

The peaceful atmosphere around the resort was good. The views overlooking the aravali range was also soothing during evening times. Given the size of the resort, they have a good buggy/taxi arrangement to manage the travel within the compound.

Overpriced for the quality of service and the breakfast spread. I was particularly disappointed by the rudeness of the manager, Mr. Shashank while checking out when there was a dispute over laundry charge. The resort mentions special rate for 10 piece of clothes and despite me providing 10 pieces, I was charged a different amount stating that I didn't "check" the box that mentions I want the "special rate". And the staff and the manager insisted that I will be charged the standard rate. While the amount was not massive but the behaviour underlines the lack of fairness and consideration towards customers.

Property is lush green . However there is not much to like about the property

The hospitality is pretty bad as compared to other nearby 5star resorts . Food is very average and with very basic buffet spread . Room service and housekeeping is very slow and bad.Not much activities to do in the resort. Saw riders delivering juices and room service in a very untidy way to guest rooms. Cherry on the top our stuff got stolen from the card at the property. Never coming back again !

We had an amazing stay with our family at Ananta. The property is really beautiful and well maintained. The staff is helpful and courteous. The infinity pool view is really the best I’ve seen in western India.

The room service, specifically the in room dining takes about an hour to come. So that’s something to keep in mind.

No a great experience. The staff was excellent but the facilities, food and room fell short on expectations.

The rooms were cold. No way to adjust the temp. All rooms had a double lock mechanism and because of that we were locked out at least two times.

Cart service is good. Outdoor Breakfast location is good.

Prompt service.

I had faced issue of double payment at the resort. One by credit card and other by using credit card authorisation submitted during making reservation. The staff during checking in should have ensured that credit card authorisation is not used. Now I am requesting resort to refund the double payment which they have taken.

The resort.once inside the resort u feel like you are in Bali.

The staff is not trained to manage such a Big resort.The house keeping staff and restaurant staff are unorganised.They only give Kichidi for 2 yr old free of charge which tastes really bad.rest everythg is charged.
