It was beautiful, clean, staff was excellent

Jacuzzi was not super clean looking and breakfast, while included, was not up to the level of service of the rest of the hotel. Unclear where to go to be seated, then nobody came to offer tea/coffee or take hot food order. This was on 2/3 mornings.

Ambiance.

At the time of booking it was mentioned government issued Id and credit card required for check in but at the time of check in had VERY TOUGH TIME. If you are foreign citizen make sure to carry passport and visa otherwise they will not let you check in.

Beautiful property and rooms. Appreciated they brought us a heater when we were too cold in the room during our stay.

Breakfast spread was a bit lacking compared to other hotels of the same level.

we have paid 25000 per night and its not worth for service and food ,we are regular traveler to all the 5 star hotel in india and normally all best 5 star hotel charge 15 to 25 thousdand so we tried aurika this time but arrangment for brekafast and dinner was not worth spending such amount there was very less amount of veg option availble and also presentation was not upto the levelnormally chef shuold know occupency level so they should plan all food accordingly .but dinner time so much mismanagment was there .

The property is modern but with a historic architecture. The staff was amazing. Kids loved the pool and golf carts.

The property and everything was really amazing, it was definitely relaxing/calm and such amazing ambience. I loved the service at the bar and at the diner aswel, I would especially like to thank the golf cart people, they were so humble and I have too much respect for them???

Swimming pool - jacuzzi should be warm.They should train staff well . They took very long to serve food especially for baby.

Due to its location, it’s a bit of an effort to reach old city because uber drivers don’t take booking and demand extra money. Not Aurika’s problem but a caution for guests. Ignore this if you just want to enjoy the property and amenities and won’t head out much.

The property itself is stunning and has beautiful views. Some of the service staff were fantastic.

Overall, I would say this is one of the most beautiful properties that I've had the privilege of staying at; however, the service was unfortunately not up to par with that of a 5 star hotel. The food options were good, but fairly inconsistent on a daily basis. Some days the service was great and other days we'd have to wait a long time for things or simply wouldn't be acknowledged depending on where we were sitting that day. We'd be staying in hotels all over the place at this point and found the service at some 4 star hotels to be far more superior.

The property is new and very lovely and some of the staff members like - Bhumika in the restaurant and Sandeep who manages the breakfast area were wonderful and very attentive. Special call out for the evening cultural performance where they have local singers and dancers put up local performance for the guests. It was lovely to witness this.

Firstly, It appears a lot of their staff is not properly trained in communication and service. Unlike other top hotels and resorts in India. I had several occasions where I requested and called for something - Golf Cart, Plates, Tea etc. and they either forgot or were delayed by more than 15 mins and never bothered to inform us about it. Secondly, I think Aurika should invest a bit in the surroundings, right outside the hotel property the street is dirty and not well maintained, Aurika can easily maintain around 100meters approach road to the property. Lastly, It would be great if they provided the Rajasthani performers with a mic and a little stage instead of having them sit on the floor/carpet. A little respect goes a long way.

Rooms are fantastic, tastefully done and food is amazing. Staff is super.

Location is bad, cannot get uber from here, so expensive to book the hotel cabs

Very good breakfast and dinner buffet with made to order Rotis and Parathas. Staff at the restaurant was very cordial and responsive to our needs. The rooms were spacious, comfortable with luxurious feel, Great view of the city and lake from the rooms.
