My confirmed booking by you was cancelled and my family had reached the property but rooms were not given to us saying your booking was cancelled. This was disgusting

I booked the hotel online and made payment also but when I reached there they asked me extra amount as they said ki they don't accept payment done by online u need have to pay extra and they denied my checkin and were rude tooThey r just fooling customers so i will suggest never visit this hotel coz they gonna waste your time and money too

The room was so dirty.No room cleaning was done.No kettle was provided .Also paid early check in still got the small room for three person

The frauds We book the room by booking.com with 400 price range . Then they said it not possible on that price.How can it possible we booked on the site and we get confirmation but they behave like this. Then we agree to that price (because of night time). Then they suddenly said price fluctuates it increased. The auto cash used to went there was also lossed.Truely bad experience. We came from kerala to explore Udaipur

Nothing is there to liked.

Water supply in plastic jug,, very unhygienic blanket n bed,as so many stains are there on it.

Parking lawn and children playing station.

matress found holes.. rajai covers were dull, Tissue paper not available, nor any RO water bottle available with them

There were table tennis table and trampoline.

Very dirty . No towel was given to us. Also toilet flushes were not working. Beds were dirty with hair

Location of property was good, they give welcome drinks that was good. Breakfast taste was good.

Cleaning was very poor, they did not clean the bed sheet, pillow cover, TV was not working, room size was very small. Matrix were unhygienic.

I liked nothing. I booked two double beds. They gave me very small room with very small double bad.It was not clean at all. All smell around.They are just fooling around in Oyo.Breakfast was horrible. Very less and of sub standard quality.

I stayed in this hotel. Welcoming was good. Good swimming pool staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very spacious and bathroom was very clean and food was awesome.

We stayed at Hotel Udaipur Palace coz v like Rajasthani Traditional culture so when I enter in hotel udaipur palace parking there were so many paintings of Rajasthani Village culture its very attractive and room painting is awesome I feel very honoured to stay in this hotel. All female staff are very polite. Specially vidhya madam and Lalita Madam is very caring and very polite with the guest.good welcome... Food is very delicious ?

Thanks to booking.comWe stayed in this awesome Hotel ❤️ on 16 April 20221) Hotel parking was very big with rajasthani paintings.2) Excellent welcome by female staff with complimentary welcome ? drink.3) Receptionist was very polite our train was early so she allowed us for early check-in without any extra cost.4) Room was big neat and clean full of hygiene with traditional rajasthani culture showing attractive pictures and paintings.5) Bathroom was neat and clean.6) Enjoyed in swimming pool (4.5 feet depth) that's why we could Enjoyed lot with rainfall and jacuzzi.7) Hotel extrior was amazing with full of greenary.8) Hotel was near Bus/Railway station and all tourist attractions was nearby Hotel.9) Food was very delicious and in very economy budget.10) All staff members were very cooperative and humble.11) Hotel Reception sitting was very beautiful with so many selfi probs.12) Hotel having big lush green garden with all outdoor games facilities like jhula, badminton, tannins, pick a ball, doll catchers etc ?13) We highly recommend this hotel because we enjoyed to much there.14) Thank you Hotel Udaipur Palace who provided us female guide for sightseeing and they people helped us for explaining udaipur ?15) During our stay we feel homely atmosphere.16) Actually we booked this Hotel after watching reviews of this hotel but we got more then reviews ?Thanks Hotel Udaipur Palace❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Sure we will send our friends and family members to stay this amazing place again and againThanks for everything?????
