The staff, property and the aesthetics are totally worth staying here,I have visited udaipur multiple times and tried many hotels and resorts but the staffs behaviour are totally rude and full of ignorance, but when i visited here the warm welcome from dev bhai felt like home,And he helped us a lot in ordering food, and many other things. I have made my mind that whenever i visit udaipur i will stay at the same property forever seriously.

Excellent Location, all tourist places are nearby. Exceptional Service, You are made to feel like family. So easy to travel, have ample parking space. Exceptionally Clean & Hygienic.. as soon as you enter the property, you can feel those vibes!Food was homely, fresh & hot.

We stayed in this beautiful property which is absolutely stunning. High standards of cleanliness are maintained in every corner. Very attentive staff. All tourist attractions are at a comfortable distance from the property. Overall, a great place to stay in Udaipur and highly recommended!!

There is mention wifi but when entered into room I didn’t get wifi netwrok because router was very far away.

They denied to check in me even though I was having a confirmed booking. It was my luck that I called them prior to reaching the hotel then on call they said the hotel is full and they can't accommodate me, when I questioned about my booking they said it's booking.com error that's why it's showing available. Then after a couple of minutes they messaged me in Booking com saying they are cancelling my reservation but they haven't done anything nor accommodated me.The lady staff who called up me was really rude and not interested in listening to me at all.Never again book this hotel and neither refer anyone and also suggest those who are booking this hotel to call up and confirm with the property prior to ur arrival time otherwise these people will do the same thing what they have done to me.

Location is great if you plan to visit Kodiyat. Property owner is a sweet person who ensured we are well settled in. She also offered timely support as and when needed. Given the cost, it's a good option in Kodiyat. It's on the main road with ample parking.Additionally, there are shops beside the hotel which come in handy if you need anything.

Since we travelled during winters, the rooms were quite cold and the quilt was not sufficient to withstand the chilly weather during the night. We forgot to ask for extra blankets or a heater. However, I think the owner would have provided the same had we asked. Otherwise it was alright.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Swimming pool and rooms were clean tidy. Devesh Bhai the manager helped to set special dinner with bon fire , he was very helpful and polite. Owner Dr. Suchitra is really sweet and will help you with good location suggestions and hotel recommendations with her special discounts....

Very Good Property which is maintained Very Cleanly with Super staff behaviour.I would recommend this property for udaipur which is close to centre. Even owner is very friendly for any discussions.??

disappointing

staff was not cooperative. Drunk person has knocked our door many times at 3 AM in the morning there were no security

Pathetic stay, they don’t even provide blankets instead they have paper like quilt, also they don’t have working phones in their rooms.

Washroom was also really very small.

All other things than staff. Like there were no room service withput inform them. No recharge in tv. Dirty rooms and washrooms. No locker provided.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Overall experience was good, very beautiful property, have very beautiful Pool, great view, peaceful between nature, staff is also good, than for Suchitra ji for making our stay memorable.will defiantly visit again.

The host was sweet. But the rooms were a little different than expected. If you are planning to go to this place please do ask for washroom and room pictures and don’t go by the website images. Its an aesthetic place from outside and well maintained. But other factors were overpowering to substantially reduce the quality of stay.

Some places there were cobwebs. Pool was too chlorinated.Rooms were different than the images.Washrooms small and some didn’t have exhaust fans.
