- Day staff including manger Suresh doesn't care about people's staying in hotel, when I was checking there were already 2 person asking manger about tap water and when I went into my room I had also faced same problem, than I have to go to reception counter requested them three time than after 1 hrs I had tap water in my room, in between I called suresh(Manger) twice he had switched off his phone and he went to his room..I had never experienced this type very very bad behavior of hotel team. Only one guy in night shift reception counter is OK rest all are........

- Complomentry breakfast serve in room and just 2 paratha only with 2 small bowls of poha in 2 people 1 each no wifi provided even its free then also only 1 bottle of water only provided whn we ask for in morning added in room booking charges he charges 2 bottles when we complain he says sorry n then deduct not good not like it
