Breakfast was great with the Lakeview . So many options were available. Super fast in making all our wishes true . Super friendly staff.

Although they informed us about the parties during the weekends but on weekdays dragging tables and chairs during the time of closing.Swimming pools need to be cleaned more often .

The breakfast was quite underwhelming. No fresh coffee or non-veg options. The staff were excellent, but the guy in charge was quite inattentive.

I liked the relaxing and chill vibes of the hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant is with lake view and good music.The swimming pool is amazing.It's a nice welcoming place to take a break from the city Chaos!

The food, the service and the facilities were all very nice. Enjoyed the stay and the services very much.

The location was not prime. It was not bad, but please note this is not a central or prime location. In fact, it is a little way out, in a developing area.

They were playing loud music on their rooftop restraut well through the midnight. Disturbing most of the guest. When I complained about the music, initially they simply ignored, when I called up the operations manager, they offered to change the room to a lower floor, which never really happened.The Approach road to the hotel is soil & dust and when it rained the the road became all muddy and dirt.They raised the tariff was very high in the garb of high demand. Food was very expensive too, even a papad like roti was costing 100 rs. Overall, It wasn't worth its while to spend so much and get not much in return.

The design of the property is nice, looks relatively new.Too cold to enjoy the pool. The staff was nice but service was slow on the rooftop during xmas eve.

The property is in a remote area without proper road. It's still mud all around. There is no view from the balcony or the roof although it's nearby the lake.There is live music every night till 22:30 everyday, it's very loud. And it wasn't mentioned prior to the stay otherwise we wouldn't have booked. Also the other neighboring hotel is also having loud music so it was mixed music the whole night. The hotel would ask you to pay a 30% deposit although you booked through booking.com, very strange for the hotel to contact you outside from booking.comThey would also what's app you to know when you are checking in.And then call you during your stay to ask you when you will check out. I find it very odd. First time going through this in all the hotel stays we had. The food at Soul rooftop restaurant is very expensive. As expensive as in Hong Kong... so it tells you a lot. But it would be fine if it was good, but although looking very stylish, the food was absolutely over salted. Really hard to eat. I drank so much water to wash away the salt that I went to the bathroom 4 times during the night.

Welcoming, attentive, clean and comfy

For an evening meal you could not hear yourself speak, therefore you could have conversation or order food due to the over baring loud music - the music decibels were just not needed, it was painful to be on that floor (Soul). I love music and to dance, and don’t mind it being loud but not at that level. It was uncomfortable!! We left and ate elsewhere nearby. During the day the room top at Soul if pleasant- in the evening from 7pm unbearable! (Even in the rooms).

The room was a little cold, and the heater helped, but not much.The water heater was small and in the middle of washing my hair, the hot water was over.... if you take quick showers, it works fine...if you are like me and enjoy a long shower...the hotel water will not last

Casa Blanca Lake City hotel name totally misguiding. Lake is far away. No garden and no garden view. No compound or margin or other land. Interior or far away from the main city road and Lake.Not even marked to 3 star hotel. Same is Sierra Lake view hotel. The Casa Blanca and Sierra hotel is a one Building and same staff.

Noting. Third night cancelled by me and went to Fateh Nivas hotel.

Pool, breakfast, the room and rooftop, lounge area by front desk was also lovely.

Beautiful beautiful interior design! Our favourite stay in India yet :) super clean, awesome rooftop with restaurant and live music, beautiful views. Ground floor swimming pool with great vibe. Kind, professional and helpful staff!

Was a bit out of town but we didnt mind. Nice to have some quiet and there were always tuktuks available outside the hotel

The entrance is beautiful, the rooms are nice, the pool is great and food good.

They are playing live bolliwood music every night from Thursday till Sunday from 8pm till 1 am at the restaurant in the roof top. The sound is soooo loud, that they provide you earplug of bad quality that are not soundproof at all. At 11pm, it was so unbearable that I went down to protest at the receptionist... They stopped finally at 12am.

The pool is gorgeous, and so relaxing. The service staff were so kind, and attentive. Basic room but it was very fairly priced so I’m ok with it. The food was good and well-rounded.

I was sold in the property for the rooftop, which was unusable in the day for the heat and direct sun, and it wasn’t open most of the day. There is nightly live music, which they BLAST so obscenely loud one literally needs to scream into their waiter’s ear… conversation not possible at all… I’m a music and party person - music is not normally an issue, but this was so intrusive, and I personally found distasteful. I was alone, wore noise-cancelling headphones and i was still suffering. I never went to the restaurant again after the first night, and ordered to my room if I stayed in… but you can hear the music I until 1am from upstairs (I was in floor 2, and music is on floor 6). Honestly, many restaurant guests seemed to enjoy the party, but it wasn’t my style and I found the volume a huge issue.

The initial room we were placed in was a corner room and quite small, however we got it changed and the 2nd room was fine

The hotel’s restaurant is overhyped, even after taking reservations we didn’t get the seats and were placed at the corner near smoking zone, and the menu is expensive and limited too

The staff is very helpful and sweet. All the amenities were provided by the hotel. The rooms were clean and very beautiful with a great view of the hills. The terrace cafe and pool add to the properties aesthetic.

The property is a little on the inside of the city however they help you with providing autos and cabs.

The room was nice, comfortable and well appointed. The pool area looked nice. At the end of our stay we were in a rush to get to the bus station and the two front desk staff on shift were great (apologies we didn’t catch your names).

The surrounding area is a bit out of the centre and the surrounding area looked a bit like there were rubbish sorting areas.We were assured on check-in that the music would be turned down at 11pm, this did not happen until after 12:30am (we even spoke to the manager at 11:40pm who assured us the music would be shut off ASAP).
