Half of the rooms have city view which is not so nice also staff at restaurant need better coordination room sizes are smaller than expected when compared to other radison hotels

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.Service was great and the hotel property was also maintained very well. Food quality for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great.

Location ! proximity to lake and nice layout for great pictures. Other than that, it was total crap for the money I paid.

The hotel is a piece of crap as far as service goes. They do not care about tourists as they make more money selling rooms to marriages parties. It was noisy well past 2 AM on both the night I stayed. No universal power points and very poor service. CRAP

When we arrived, a wedding was taking place at the property at the same time. The property did not inform us of this prior to our booking. We had specifically chosen this stay expecting a quieter dining experience, especially during breakfast and meal times.On multiple occasions, the restaurant was extremely crowded, and it was difficult to find seating, as wedding events were scheduled immediately after breakfast and lunch. As a result, guests were often gathered in the dining area at the same time, which made meals uncomfortable and rushed.The lack of prior communication regarding the wedding significantly affected our dining experience.

Typically large properties have room with some ongoing maintenanceThe rooms had issues with plumbing and AirconditioningWhich were attended to promptly however we were required to be present to fix it, which is a time loss

My stay at this property was an exceptional experience. The architecture and ambiance were truly breathtaking, giving the feeling of living in a palace. Every corner of the property reflected elegance and charm.The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more memorable. I would especially like to highlight the efforts of Mr. Siddhartha, who ensured our check-in was seamless. He thoughtfully shared all the essential details about the hotel with me on WhatsApp for quick reference and consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.Overall, the hospitality, attention to detail, and grandeur of the property made this visit remarkable. Without a doubt, it deserves a full 5-star rating from me.

Some issue for Wi-Fi connectivity in the beginning..

The whole ambience was amazing.

Rooms and bathrooms are falling apart. Need repairing. Door handles are breaking down. Needs better maintenance.

Driver name mr Rahul was very good and helpful bathroom was very dirty even next day no one bothered to clean our room we have to ask to clean ac was not working anyway stay was not comfortable restaurant staff was very nice

Food was great

Dated hotel, had to change my room 3 times as it was dirty, had mold, smelled like sewage. The third room had fingernails on the floor. House keeping are not cleaning the rooms regularly during our stay.

Breakfast was mediocre. The housekeeping was not up to scratch.

The property is excellent. The restaurants and food are superb. The rooftop restaurant offers a great candlelight dinner with live music. However the rooms needs major maintenance and upkeep. The toilets and bathtub are stained. Cupboards are broken. Rooms have a musty smell. The staff can also be a bit more proactive in customer service and comfort.
