Family room is surprisingly big with mini fridge

The old musky smell but couldnt be helped I guess it's a old hotel that's been upgraded I think

Good location

Keep sneezing not sure is due to dust or the air no circulate

staff very pleasurable, room clean eventhough old stuff inside

price reasonable, near to town

Water heater not hot at all.. it will be good if change to upgraded one.

The boss has a good attitude, is polite, is enthusiastic and gives help. The location of the hotel is also very good and close to the city center. There are quite a lot of parking spaces, and the boss will remind you to pay the parking fee so as not to get a saman.

We have come from afar, and there is still about an hour before the check-in time. We asked if we could check in early, but the staff ignored anyone. And the air conditioner is not cold.

Not a lot!

This very dated hotel room was not clean and is in desperate need of upgrading and modernizing. Linen and towels thin and grey, bed soft, and sagged in the middle. Toilet cistern continually filling and constantly leaked. Aircon not adjustable for temperature. Nothing available except body wash - no shampoo, shower cap, etc. No cups. Location was quite a long walk along a busy road to get to the centre of town.

The room is good. Quite clean. Toothbrush and toothpaste also provided. Body soap is attached to the wall of bathroom. Everything else is good.

The bed is quite comfortable, affordable price and the staffs are friendly.

THE STAFF WAS REALLY HELPFUL TO SHOW US NEAREST PLACE TO EAT AND TO VISIT.THE FACILITIES WAS GOOD TOO. THE COWAY MACHINES SECURES THE WATER SUPPLY FOR HOT AND COLD DRINKS.ITS A DEFINATE PLACE FOR TRAVELLING IN TELUK INTAN.

the first room given not clean...the wall all like leaking and dirty...after chage room ok abit...

Staff are very nice and informative.Room is clean and spaceful. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is big and clean.

Staff was informative and friendly, easy to get food, quiet and clean. This is our 2nd time stay here.

Location was great. Easily to access and locate. The staff are courteous. The hotel provides Coway dispenser which is better than giving bottled water.

The toilet flush always overflow causing the floor to be always wet. Not enough space/hanger for towel and clothing inside toilet. They do not provide towel to wipe wet toilet countertop causing quite messy. Not enough place in the room to hang wet towels. Only one stool in the room. The hotel does not have lift which is quite inconvenient for my elderly parent. Luckily we were given a room quite near the stairs.

The room is very spacious and clean.

The toilet is not so clean. The shower head is broken and not for property. Always, there is a smoking smell coming through the toilet window even though the hotel is non-smoking.. the light beside the mirror is not working, which makes us frustrated to make up for a function.
