Friendly staff, convenient place to leave a bicycle which is greatly appreciated! Walking distance from anything, hard to complain.

The TV facility. Only 3-4 channels can be watched.

convenient location, the comfortable room and the friendly staff. The food options was a big plus as well.

I found that lacked a variety of room options suitable for families (4pax). It would have been better if there were more room available.

Room. Wall paper of the room is messy and totally unmatch. The toilet door to my room is broken.

All the staff are friendly and is near to eating places.

The aircon is leaking and there are ants in the room. The water shower head is also leaking. Overall the hotel need a renovation.

The hotel is clean, the hotel staff is friendly. It's very value for money.

The air-condition is not working well. The blow fender is not working and it's not cold enough. They should check first before renting that room out. Making me a bit too stuffy to sleep.

Kind of 2-3 stars hotel level of boutique hotel category. Provide free breakfast. Even it is not buffet but the food still consider very good. Room very spacious and the bed is clean and comfortable. WiFi, TV, aircond, water heater and room's lighting all working very well.

Our unit (3009) toilet bowl dirty and got stain upon check in which immediately can turn you off.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance to all the famous food area e g. Chee chong fun and to river cruise area and Leaning clock Tower.

Neat and tidy and most places of interest to us are within walking distances.

The room could be equipped with a refrigerator. Will be nice to get a cold drink from the fridge after a day out n in addition would be handy for people who need to keep their medication in control temperature.

Clean n comfortable hotel that is close to activities we were interested in. Staff was friendly n communication was ok through a mixture of English, Chinese and Bahasa.

Would be great if there is a fridge in the room. Some people might need that to store their medicines and a nice cold drink would be great after coming back from a warm outing.

The recipient staff is so helpful....she help me to store my ice pack in freezer after she knows that the ice pack is for medical purposes....

1. Check in and check out were fast;

1. Aircond's filter was clogged by dirt, hot air only. I had to clean the filters myself;2. Price charged was almost as high as a 4 star hotel in KL

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was nearby to the places and restaurants that me any my family wanted to visit and wanted to dine in. Also like the layout of the room as it was good for a family of three. The price of the room was also reasonable since due to the hotel's location.

Didn't really like the layout of the bathroom as the shower area will wet the toilet seat and also the other part of the hotel. Cleanliness in the bathroom could also be improved as well as there were some water marks on the mirror and also the toilet door inside the toilet area was not really cleaned properly. Had issue with the hairdryer as well as there was a defect with the hairdryer that caused it to emit smoke smell from the hairdryer & had to get it replaced with another one.

good location close to town, nice room size (king bed) comfy beds & pillows, view ok, have roof rop view too, small window, bathroom ok, clean, TV ok, parking space available beside hotel, gated.

kind of old with stains on bedsheets… no fridge. water heater quite old. Quite dark parking space, muddy if raining.
