It is a small town budget hotel. Nothing more, nothing less. For a >RM100/night stay outskirt of the middle of the town, its a bargain ??

The walls are dirty, not exactly the same as what is on display, the toilet does not have a bidet, the pillow is thin.
Really worst experience, my booked room was banned on last minute when i arrived. They didnt inform me earlier regarding the cancellation. Very stupid explanation by the receptionist regarding the cancellation. I will not recommend this hotel...very worst. Booking.com need to select good hotels instead of this type hotel.

Toilet dirty.. need deep cleaning . Dark Epoxy floor should not be a placements for excuse to rub the floor.

actually this hotel just nice for budget hotel, this hotel not soundproof ok and don’t expect more then star hotel, towel they are giving very small, before we enter the hotel if can please keep dry the toilet first.

The price booked rm 144.00, upon check in the receptionist ask to pay rm 158.00, toilet was clogged, bed was bad, pillow oso was very bad, end up bode ache, feel very disappointed, TV only got 1 channel, such a bored and disappointed stay

After staying there. I found nothing to my liking
The management doesn’t follow booking.com operations. I have made the booking through your platform booking.com and yet they insist on me making the full payment first prior to check in instead on making payment upon arrival. Furthermore rooms were very dirty. There are cockroaches here and there and tons of hair from previous guest on the beds. It is a very very very bad hotel with no SOP and rude customer service.

the room is big enough for my family. The bed was comfortable. toiletries have been provided sufficiently. The shower is also well-maintained. inside this room, you have two choices: used ceiling fan or aircond. TV channel is available including the wifi.
