Angsoka Hotel Teluk Intan

Clean room, peaceful location, and friendly staff. Great for a short getaway.

The bathroom was too small for comfort.

Parking, room size, lighting, location,

The room is a little bit dirty. I can feel debris accumulate on the floor. shower pressure a little bit slow.

The price was discounted for a family room.

The hot water is not hot enough. The bed very uncomfortable. Feel like sleeping in stones.

Near town

Tak ada peti ais, cadar kotor ,TV tak berfungsi dan internet slow

Everything is worth the price I paid. Lots of parking space.

The mattress is hard as wood ....but I still got a good sleep due to fatigue.

Enough bed for 4 pax

Towel, door lock not secure. Amount paid slightly high compare when book.

Location

Dirty n dusty. TV no signal. Bathroom very small.

The room is big

The staff is not friendly The swimming pool is not safe because many of the tiles are broken and children can get injured. There is also a swimming class conducted at the swimming pool. Also, the time for the swimming pool open is only 8am - 11am. But at 10.50 the staff already asked all people to go out from the pool. Not worth staying. I pay rm300+ for the family room and assume the facilities are good but unfortunately it's bad. One more thing the door can't lock properly. It's less safe.

Centrally location to the city center and main attractions.

Got a room with no windows. No minimal accessories, no fridge.Poor sound proofing. can hear water running from nearby rooms. Also noisy while staff cleaning nearby rooms.

Location is strategic, have pool for kids.

The entrance is quite confusing, need to put up bigger signage.Lift is quite small.

Location is good easy access to town and back

Curtains and windows areas aren’t clean and the sheer is torn

Decent room for a night rest. Good shower.

I wish there's a small fridge in the room. And individual iron in the room.

Receptionist provide good serviceRoom and toilet in good conditionLots of hangers provided (more than 2)??????Most hotels provide 2 onlyThe rooms are huge and hygieneThe beds were so comfy???

Limited tv channels

cleanliness and comfortable room

the view of the area is not interesting

The location is good and easy excess to town.

There is no phone in the room to call internally or call housekeeping

Front desk should smile and welcome to customerExampleSelamat Datang ke Asoka and welcome Drink infront of reception

Got cockroach inside toilet in family room with 3 bed

The room was spacy. There are lot of parking. The swimming pool suitable to my daughter. There are lift eventhough there are two level.

Null

Big toilet & more bed, suitable for family which have more than 1 kids.

Unwelcoming receptionist upon guest arrival and unpleasant odor in the room resembling that of a cockroach infestation.

Location , good in terms of refund and fast response.

During stay electricity failure

Bad

No electricity. Almost 4-5 times the electricity went off. When we ask the staff they told that they are using generator and no electricity. But the charges was too much. Room is not much bigger and comfortable. I just moved out from the hotel at that night due to no electricity and found another hotel which is much cheaper and more comfortable. Not recommended.
